背景技术
COB路灯就是将裸芯片用导电或非导电胶粘附在互连基板上，然后进行引线键合实现其电连接的一种LED面光源灯具。在COB路灯模组组装过程中COB芯片不易安装固定，组装较为困难，目前手工定位生产效率低，产品质量差，产品一致性差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述不足，提供一种COB路灯模组组装治具。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种COB路灯模组组装治具，包括治具基板；所述治具基板采用电木制作而成；所述治具基板上根据灯具布置有圆孔台阶，所述圆孔台阶中设有方形槽，所述圆孔台阶侧沿设有正极沉槽及负极沉槽；所述治具基板左右边沿设有与灯具模组对应的定位圆孔，定位圆孔限位灯具模组壳体。组装灯具模组时可先将导热硅胶片放置在圆孔台阶上，再将模组壳体组装固定在所述治具基板上，通过压紧治具基板将导热硅胶片压紧固定；翻转与灯具模组壳体固定一起的治具基板，在所述治具背面的方形槽中按照正级沉槽及负极沉槽所示电极对应放置COB芯片，轻压紧COB芯片边角即可将COB芯片固定组装在灯具模组壳体上。
本实用新型有如下优点：本实用新型操作方便，简单实用，提高了工作效率；通过本实用新型控制，产品一致性好，产品质量高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种COB路灯模组组装治具，包括治具基板1；所述治具基板1采用电木制作而成；所述治具基板1上根据灯具布置有圆孔台阶2，所述圆孔台阶2中设有方形槽3，所述圆孔台阶2侧沿设有正极沉槽4及负极沉槽5；所述治具基板1左右边沿设有与灯具模组对应的定位圆孔6，所述定位圆孔6限位灯具模组壳体。
本实用新型使用组装灯具模组时可先将导热硅胶片放置在圆孔台阶2上，再将模组壳体通过定位圆孔6组装固定在所述治具基板1上，通过压紧治具基板1将导热硅胶片压紧固定；翻转与灯具模组壳体固定一起的治具基板1，在所述治具基板1背面的方形槽3中按照正级沉槽4及负极沉槽5所示电极对应放置COB芯片，轻压紧COB芯片边角即可将COB芯片固定组装在灯具模组壳体上。
