针对上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种动力小、噪声低的用于耐火材料筛选的设备。
具体的技术方案为：
高温耐磨浇注料筛选机，包括箱体，箱体固定在支架上，所述的箱体顶部有入料口，箱体底部有出料口；所述的箱体内侧壁上有弹性支撑圈，还包括筛子，所述的筛子边缘连接在弹性支撑圈上；所述的筛子中心下表面有顶块，还包括振动机构，振动机构上安装有锥形振动轴盘，锥形振动轴盘顶部与顶块连接，振动机构通过锥形振动轴盘振动筛子。
所述的筛子包括中心的弹性筛面和硬质筛面，硬质筛面为环状，内环边缘与弹性筛面外边缘连接，硬质筛面的外环边缘连接在弹性支撑圈上。

结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式，如图1所示，高温耐磨浇注料筛选机，包括箱体1，箱体1固定在支架9上，所述的箱体1顶部有入料口2，箱体1底部有出料口3；所述的箱体1内侧壁上有弹性支撑圈4，还包括筛子，所述的筛子边缘连接在弹性支撑圈4上；所述的筛子中心下表面有顶块6，还包括振动机构10，振动机构10上安装有锥形振动轴盘5，锥形振动轴盘5顶部与顶块6连接，振动机构10通过锥形振动轴盘5振动筛子。锥形振动轴盘5可以起到稳定和缓冲作用。
原料从箱体1的入料口2倒入，筛子在振动机构10的驱动下振动，通过筛子振动进行筛选，筛分后的物料从箱体1底部的出料口3排出。
所述的筛子包括中心的弹性筛面7和硬质筛面8，硬质筛面8为环状，内环边缘与弹性筛面7外边缘连接，硬质筛面8的外环边缘连接在弹性支撑圈4上。
