背景技术
现密炼机的进料装置多是针对输送板料或大型的型材来设计的，一般用送料台车移动传送，由牵引小车将装好料的料架推入炉内。当需要输送散料时，则无法实现输送，故急需有适合散料的进料装置出现。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型翻斗密炼机进料装置，它具有操作方便，工作稳定。
为了达到上述之目的，本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案：一种新型翻斗密炼机进料装置，其为筒式进料机构，包括一上有进料口、下有出料口的主料筒，该主料筒的下开口下方设有一漏斗，漏斗的下开口处接有一溜槽；该漏斗及溜槽均设在一密封装置内，该密封装置开有气口(侧处较宜)，并带有一控制开合机构；在主料筒旁侧开有用于抽真空的管道。
所述的控制开合机构可以是气压缸或液压缸装置。
所述的料筒内设有料筒内衬；料筒上设有可开合的密封盖。
本实用新型翻斗密炼机进料装置主要用于块状和颗粒状原料的进料装置。
与现有的技术相比，本实用新型具有以下突出优点和效果：由于设有以上结构，该装置操作方便，进料均匀，工作稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种新型翻斗密炼机进料装置，其为筒式进料机构，包括一上有进料口、下有出料口的主料筒2，该主料筒2的下开口下方设有一漏斗6，漏斗的下开口处接有一溜槽11；该漏斗6及溜槽11均设在一密封装置3内，该密封装置3开有气口8，并带有一控制开合机构；料筒2与漏斗6问有阀门装置7，用轴承固定。
在所述的主料筒上设有可开合的密封盖l。料筒2可以是如图1所示的漏斗形。
所述料筒内应设有料筒内衬5，做为料筒的保护层，避免硅与料简直接接触，把其余物质成分带入硅中。
所述料筒2的一侧设有管道4，用于抽真空，而保证正常的工作氛围。
所述的控制开合机构可以是气压缸或液压缸装置。
本实施例中示出的控制开合机构是气压缸装置，通过连杆9连接汽缸连接件10，用以控制开合，可实现手动及自动控制。
