在一些家具的生产中，钢化玻璃材料越来越多的被使用，玻璃材料多使用胶粘合，粘合的过程中，需要测量，确定拼接位置，人工测量精度有限，且搬运玻璃费力，不利于拼接，还会损坏玻璃。

为解决上述问题，本发明公开了一种钢化玻璃拼接装置，包括：导轨、滑板、斜面板、固定轴承座、丝杆、滑块、螺栓、手轮，所述的滑板通过滑槽安装在导轨上，所述的斜面板竖直焊接在滑板上，所述的固定轴承座固接在斜面板的中心位置，所述的丝杆上下两端通过轴承安装在斜面板上，中部穿过固定轴承座，丝杆上下两部分螺纹方向相反，所述的滑块为两块，通过螺纹对称连接在丝杆上，位于固定轴承座两侧，滑块侧面通过滑槽连接斜面板上，所述的螺栓为两根，分别固接在两个滑块上，所述的手轮固接在丝杆顶部。
本实用新型是一种钢化玻璃的拼接装置，将两件玻璃制品放置在两块斜面板的滑块上，通过旋转手轮，移动滑块，将其固定，移动滑板使得玻璃制品接触，用胶固定，即完成拼接，使用方便，精度高。

如图1所示的一种钢化玻璃拼接装置，包括：导轨1、滑板2、斜面板3、固定轴承座4、丝杆5、滑块6、螺栓7、手轮8，所述的滑板2通过滑槽安装在导轨1上，所述的斜面板3竖直焊接在滑板2上，所述的固定轴承座4固接在斜面板3的中心位置，所述的丝杆5上下两端通过轴承安装在斜面板3上，中部穿过固定轴承座4，丝杆5上下两部分螺纹方向相反，所述的滑块6为两块，通过螺纹对称连接在丝杆5上，位于固定轴承座4两侧，滑块6侧面通过滑槽连接斜面板3上，所述的螺栓7为两根，分别固接在两个滑块6上，所述的手轮8固接在丝杆5顶部。
