背景技术
[0002] 随着国家对燃煤锅炉尾气粉尘排放标准的不断提高,粉尘排放要求已经大幅提高至10mg/Nm3甚至5mg/Nm3。而且湿法脱硫后烟气中携带的303气溶胶及“石膏雨”颗粒物也成为新污染源,可见超净除尘技术的需求已迫在眉睫。常见的干式电除尘器、电袋复合除尘器和袋式除尘器作为前端粉尘控制技术,无法有效保证脱硫装置后烟气粉尘的超净排放。而湿式电除尘器作为终端粉尘控制技术是超净排放的有力保证。
[0003] 湿式电除尘器早在冶金、化工行业中使用,其主要作为生产设备,技术较成熟;但在空气污染治理中则处于起始探索阶段,还有很多需要研究、开发的工作。湿式电除尘在国外电厂已成功应用却没有被国内广泛熟知,主要原因是2012年之前的大气排放标准无需使用如此高效的除尘设备,随着新标准的出台,燃煤电厂应用湿式除尘器势在必行。因此亟需研发一种性能稳定可靠、效率高的新型湿式电除尘器。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种除尘效果更好的新型湿式电除尘器。

[0006] 一种湿式电除尘器,它包括进气管道、出气管道,所述湿式电除尘器的一侧设有进气管道,另一侧设有出气管道。其特征在于,所述湿式电除尘器的上部和下部均设有环形水雾除尘喷洒装置,包括进水管、环形喷洒管道,所述进水管与环形喷洒管道相连,所述环形喷洒管道设有一排均匀分布上下贯穿的喷雾孔,所述喷雾孔上设有喷雾嘴,所述喷雾嘴呈喇叭状,所述湿式电除尘器中部设有电场除尘区,湿式电除尘器的底部设有灰斗,所述灰斗与沉淀池相连。

[0009] 1、一种湿式电除尘器,本实用新型采用了环形水雾除尘喷洒装置,在环形喷洒管道设有一排均匀分布上下贯穿的喷雾孔,并且喷雾孔上设有喇叭状喷雾嘴,当含尘煤气通过时,水呈雾状喷洒出来与含尘气体接触,可以更有效的达到除尘效果。

具体实施方式

[0015] 如图1所示,一种湿式电除尘器,它包括进气管道2、出气管道8,湿式电除尘器的一侧设有进气管道2,另一侧设有出气管道8。湿式电除尘器的上部和下部均设有环形水雾除尘喷洒装置,包括进水管1、环形喷洒管道6,进水管I与环形喷洒管道6相连,环形喷洒管道6设有一排均匀分布上下贯穿的喷雾孔7,喷雾孔7上设有喷雾嘴5,喷雾嘴5呈喇叭状,湿式电除尘器中部设有电场除尘区,湿式电除尘器的底部设有灰斗4,灰斗4与沉淀池9相连。
[0016] 本实用新型的工作原理如下:当含尘煤气通过进气管道2进入除尘器电场中,而水环形水雾除尘喷洒装置作用下呈雾状喷入,在除尘器的入口部分,含尘煤气中的粉尘会与水雾相碰撞,并以颗粒的形式落入灰斗4中。在电场除尘区中,荷电水滴由于其电性在电场力的作用下会被集尘极捕获落在集尘极板3上,而煤气中的粉尘在被荷电的水滴润湿后也会带上电性,故其也会落在集尘极板3上,而在集尘极捕获到足够多的水滴后则会在集尘极板3上形成水膜,故被捕获的粉尘先通过水膜的流动流入灰斗4中,然后再通过灰斗4排入沉淀池9中。本实用新型采用了环形水雾除尘喷洒装置,在环形喷洒管道6上设有一排均匀分布上下贯穿的喷雾孔7,并且喷雾孔7上设有喇叭状喷雾嘴5,当含尘煤气通过时,水呈雾状喷洒出来与含尘气体接触,可以更有效的达到除尘效果,并且本实用新型本实用新型还具有结构简单、操作方便、使用寿命长久等优点。
