本实用新型涉及一种阀门的连接端保护装置，尤其是涉及一种储油罐排凝阀门的保护装置。
【背景技术】
公知的，在石化行业的大型炼厂中，通常设置有很多储油罐，这些储油罐除了进、出管道之外还设置有多个排凝、排气阀门，在这些阀门的外端设有连接法兰，这些阀门的连接法兰通常处于悬空状态，也就是没有任何遮挡和管道连接，由于缺乏物体的遮挡连接法兰的管口中容易出现积尘，一旦阀门打开必然会造成灰尘的进入连接法兰的管口，进而影响储油罐内的油品质量。

为了克服背景技术中的不足，本实用新型公开一种储油罐排凝阀门的保护装置，利用插柱将阀体管道外端连接法兰的管口封堵，有效避免了灰尘进入储油罐排凝阀门的管口，确保了油品的洁净。
为实现上述发明目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种储油罐排凝阀门的保护装置，包括储油罐的阀体和保护装置，保护装置的插柱插在阀体管道外端连接法兰的管口内，在插柱下端外缘设置的环形板扣在连接法兰的外侧面上。
所述的储油罐排凝阀门的保护装置，在环形板的外缘上部设有立环，所述立环包裹连接法兰的外缘面。

结合附图1或2所述的储油罐排凝阀门的保护装置，包括储油罐的阀体5和保护装置，保护装置的插柱2插在阀体5管道6外端连接法兰7的管口内，在插柱2上端设有容易进入的圆锥端1，在插柱2下端外缘设置的环形板3扣在连接法兰7的外侧面上，在环形板3的外缘上部设有立环4，所述立环4包裹连接法兰7的外缘面，在插柱2的下端设有取下时方便牵引的牵出环8。
实施本实用新型所述的储油罐排凝阀门的保护装置，制作时，将牵出环8上部杆体上端的圆盘嵌入橡胶材质的插柱2下部，在储油罐排凝阀门不用时，取下排凝管道，然后将本实用新型的插柱2圆锥端1插入连接法兰7中部的口内，直至插柱2完全进入连接法兰7上部的管道6中，这时环形板3贴在连接法兰7下部面上，环形板3包裹连接法兰7的外缘面形成牢固的封堵；本实用新型适用于口朝上的连接法兰7或口朝下的连接法兰7，前述为了描述方便，仅仅描述了口朝上的连接法兰7使用方式。

1.一种储油罐排凝阀门的保护装置，包括储油罐的阀体（5）和保护装置，其特征是：保护装置的插柱（2）插在阀体（5）管道（6）外端连接法兰（7）的管口内，在插柱（2）下端外缘设置的环形板（3）扣在连接法兰（7）的外侧面上。
