一种输油管道的支座装置，涉及一种管道支座，在水泥块（5）的两侧分别设有斜坡（4），由斜坡（4）形成水泥块（5）的上小下大，在水泥块（5）的上部面（1）中部设有凹陷的弧形钢板（3），所述水泥块（5）的底部面（7）上设有凹坑（6），与凹坑（6）结构匹配的尼龙板（8）上部嵌入所述凹坑（6）内，其中尼龙板（8）下部至少裸露在水泥块（5）底部面（7）一公分高度；本实用新型利用尼龙板支撑水泥块，实现了水泥块与地面的摩擦系数减小，获取了水泥块位移的顺畅。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种管道支座，尤其是涉及一种输油管道的支座装置。
【背景技术】
在煤化工行业，通过设备结合分离技术使煤转化为气体、液体和固体燃料以及化学品；这其中的气体、液体由管道输送至储液罐，由于一些产品的输送需要由增压泵增压，所以铺设在地面的管道较多，常规的支座为抱箍形式或钢结构的“U”形支座，通过支座形成管道的支撑和管道小范围轴向位移时承受的允许推力；目前的支座钢结构底板与地面硬性接触，在输油管道作业时会出现微震无法化解，尤其是输油管道出现位移时容易卡住支座时使支座倒伏，进一步导致管道架空而影响管道安全。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足，本实用新型公开一种输油管道的支座装置，利用尼龙板支撑水泥块，实现了水泥块与地面的摩擦系数减小，获取了水泥块位移的顺畅。
为实现上述发明目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种输油管道的支座装置，包括水泥块、弧形钢板和尼龙板，在水泥块的两侧分别设有斜坡，由斜坡形成水泥块的上小下大，在水泥块的上部面中部设有凹陷的弧形钢板，所述水泥块的底部面上设有凹坑，与凹坑结构匹配的尼龙板上部嵌入所述凹坑内，其中尼龙板下部至少裸露在水泥块底部面一公分高度。
所述的输油管道的支座装置，所述凹坑和尼龙板的外缘面为圆形或多角形结构。
所述的输油管道的支座装置，多角形结构的凹坑和尼龙板外缘面包含方形结构。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
本实用新型所述的输油管道的支座装置，由弧形钢板上部的弧形槽形成输油管道较为宽松的放置位置，实现输油管道轻微震动时的足够活动空间，若输油管道出现较大的摆动时，通过尼龙板的滑动可防范现有技术支座倒伏带来的安全隐患；本实用新型利用低成本的水泥作为主要支撑体，使用少量的尼龙板获取了支座安全性的提高。

结合附图1或2所述的输油管道的支座装置，包括水泥块5、弧形钢板3和尼龙板8，在水泥块5的两侧分别设有斜坡4，由斜坡4形成水泥块5的上小下大，在水泥块5的上部面1中部设有凹陷的弧形钢板3，所述水泥块5的底部面7上设有凹坑6，与凹坑6结构匹配的尼龙板8上部嵌入所述凹坑6内，其中尼龙板8下部至少裸露在水泥块5底部面7一公分高度；所述凹坑6和尼龙板8的外缘面为圆形或多角形结构，其中多角形结构的凹坑6和尼龙板8外缘面包含方形结构。
实施本实用新型所述的输油管道的支座装置，在制作本实用新型时，在弧形钢板3背部焊接多根钢筋，以便弧形钢板3能够更好的与水泥块5咬合形成一体，将弧形钢板3倒扣在水泥块模具下部，然后在模具中放入水泥，这时使用一块塑料板“塑料板外缘与尼龙板8外缘形状匹配”压入水泥上部固定，待水泥凝固后取出塑料板并使水泥块5脱模待用；使用时将尼龙板8放入水泥块5的底部面7凹坑6中，然后将本实用新型放在需要支撑的输油管道下面，由弧形钢板3上部的弧形槽2形成输油管道较为宽松的放置和支持，弧形槽2能够在输油管道轻微震动时具有足够活动空间，若输油管道出现较大的摆动时，通过水泥块5底部的尼龙板8便会滑动，通过水泥块5和尼龙板8的同步滑动，便可防范本实用新型的倒伏。

1.一种输油管道的支座装置，包括水泥块（5）、弧形钢板（3）和尼龙板（8），其特征是：在水泥块（5）的两侧分别设有斜坡（4），由斜坡（4）形成水泥块（5）的上小下大，在水泥块（5）的上部面（1）中部设有凹陷的弧形钢板（3），所述水泥块（5）的底部面（7）上设有凹坑（6），与凹坑（6）结构匹配的尼龙板（8）上部嵌入所述凹坑（6）内，其中尼龙板（8）下部至少裸露在水泥块（5）底部面（7）一公分高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输油管道的支座装置，其特征是：所述凹坑（6）和尼龙板（8）的外缘面为圆形或多角形结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的输油管道的支座装置，其特征是：多角形结构的凹坑（6）和尼龙板（8）外缘面包含方形结构。
