多晶硅设备投产前的清洗，不仅仅是代表清洗技术的高低，关键是对清洗企业的综合实力体现，不仅对清洗技术的苛刻要求，重要的是对清洗现场的管理能力。清洗工艺流程，清洗剂，清洗后的保护，再到安装公司对储罐和设备的安装，都对最后多晶硅产品有着很大的影响。多晶硅设备中的储罐清洗，有着非常高的洁净度要求，比如清洗脱脂后，用去离子的纯水进行冲洗储罐表面其他离子，然后需要对储罐用无油，无水，无尘的三无压缩空气进行干燥处理，最后成品保护处理。

所述的储罐的上端口还设有喷淋器。
在所述储罐顶部开设排气口，排气口上安装排气管。
所述的清洗液入水管通过循环泵与加装有清洗液的循环槽的出口相连接，清洗液排水管与循环槽的入口相连接。
