技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种T形螺栓和槽道的组合的预埋固定装置，用于铁路、地铁等轨道交通的隧道工程中，是一种接触网的预埋固定装置。
背景技术
在铁路、地铁等轨道交通的隧道工程中，接触网的固定装置是一项非常重要的技术。在以往技术中，接触网固定装置多采用膨胀螺栓将底板固定在隧道上，这种技术存在打孔数量多，打孔精度不够，螺栓偏斜等问题，而且随着时间的推移，膨胀螺栓会造成隧道壁开裂，安装耐久性及可靠性较低。随着技术的进步和发展，目前隧道工程中可采用一种预埋固定装置，将C形槽道预埋于混凝土中，通过T形螺栓将安装构件与C形槽道固定。这种预埋固定装置结构稳定，安装简便，改扩建方便，并可减少工程成本，缩短建设工期。现有技术中，C形槽道向内弯折处的内壁呈锯齿状，T形螺栓的头部下方对应加工成锯齿状，通过锯齿咬合将T形螺栓和C形槽道固定。这种固定方式虽结构性能可靠，但加工工艺较为复杂，且生产成本较高，需要有专用的生产设备。

针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种T形螺栓和槽道的新型组合预埋固定装置，用于铁路、地铁等轨道交通的隧道工程中，是一种接触网的预埋固定装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种接触网预埋固定装置，包括C形槽道和与头部倒置于C形槽道内的T形螺栓；所述C形槽道横截面为C形，所述C形槽道槽道开口处两边的弯折平面上均匀设有槽道通孔；所述T型螺栓上底面上对称设有两个凸钉，凸钉卡入两弯折平面上的槽道通孔，起限位和定位作用。
进一步地，所述槽道通孔和凸钉的横截面均为矩形，凸钉高度略大于槽道通孔的高度。
进一步地，所述T形螺栓头部截面为平行四边形。
工作过程中，将T形螺栓头部从C形槽道槽道开口处插入，旋转90°将凸钉卡入合适的槽道通孔处固定。T形螺栓头部也可从C形槽道的两端滑入，卡入合适的通孔处固定。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
与现有技术相比，本实用新型所提供的一种T形螺栓和槽道的新型组合预埋固定装置，通过T形螺栓的矩形凸钉和C形槽道的矩形通孔卡固，可将接触网安装构件和预埋槽道固定。该种T形螺栓和槽道的新型组合，可方便调节T形螺栓的位置，安装固定方便，拆卸改建灵活。T形螺栓和C形槽道的结构简单，加工组合工艺方便灵活，能够大大缩短制造和施工工期，具有良好的经济效益。

以下结合附图对本实用新型所述的一种T形螺栓和槽道的新型预埋固定装置作进一步阐述。
实施例1
如图1-2所示，该一种接触网预埋固定装置包括C形槽道1和T形螺栓2。C形槽道1采用热浸镀锌碳钢制造，可预先埋设于混凝土中，做为接触网安装构件的底座。C形槽道1的两侧壁位于槽道开口的一端均向内弯折，形成两个弯折平面，C形槽道1横截面呈字母“C”形。此弯折平面上均匀开有矩形槽道通孔11，起限位和定位作用。
如图2所示，T形螺栓头部21横截面为平行四边形，T形螺栓头部21底面对称设有两个矩形凸钉22，矩形凸钉22与槽道通孔11相对应，矩形凸钉22卡入槽道通孔11中，起限位和定位作用，相对应凸钉22的横截面略小于矩形通孔11的横截面，凸钉22的高度略大于C形槽道1的厚度。
工作过程中，T形螺栓头部21从C形槽道1的开口处进入，旋转90°将矩形凸钉22卡入槽道通孔11处固定。T形螺栓2也可从C形槽道1的两端滑入，卡入合适的通孔11处固定。接触网的安装构件通过T形螺栓2，圆垫片3和螺母4与C形槽道固定在一起，安装完成后的截面图如图3所示。

2.根据权利要求1所述的接触网预埋固定装置，其特征在于，所述槽道通孔和凸钉的横截面均为矩形，凸钉高度略大于槽道通孔的高度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的接触网预埋固定装置，其特征在于，所述T形螺栓头部截面为平行四边形。
