本实用新型公开了一种负极和隔膜一体化结构,包括负极本体,所述负极本体外涂设并固化有一层隔膜本体。将隔膜涂覆在负极外侧,把负极完全包覆;如此,涂覆的隔膜与负极形成一体化,镶嵌在负极中,无法分离;因此温度高时也不会融化,大大提高了电池的安全系数;同时,在制作过程中,工艺更简单。

本实用新型涉及一种负极和隔膜一体化结构。
背景技术
目前锂电池的结构是正极、负极、隔膜,各层结构独立,根据不同的制作方式,将三者结合,隔膜始终位于正、负极中间,其重要功能是隔离正、负极并阻止电池内电子穿过,同时能够允许离子的通过,从而完成在电化学充放电过程中锂离子在正、负极之间的快速传输。
但是,由于隔膜与正、负极是独立制作,相互之间的配合程度不高,例如正、负极材料边缘毛刺可能会刺穿隔膜,或是在电池使用过程中,隔膜破裂或是融化,正、负极接触则会发生燃烧甚至爆炸,后果严重。为此本实用新型提供一种负极和隔膜一体化结构以解决上述问题。

为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种负极和隔膜一体化结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种负极和隔膜一体化结构,包括负极本体,所述负极本体外涂设并固化有一层隔膜本体。
所述隔膜本体包括一层由液态材料固化成型的实心薄膜,该薄膜上设置有孔位以形成隔膜本体。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将隔膜涂覆在负极外侧,把负极完全包覆;如此,涂覆的隔膜与负极形成一体化,镶嵌在负极中,无法分离;因此温度高时也不会融化,大大提高了电池的安全系数;同时,在制作过程中,工艺更简单。

参照图1,本实用新型是一种负极和隔膜一体化结构,包括负极本体1,负极本体1外涂设并固化有一层隔膜本体2;其中该隔膜本体2包括一层由液态材料固化成型的实心薄膜,该薄膜上设置有孔位使离子得以通过并阻止电子通过进而以形成隔膜本体2。将隔膜涂覆在负极外侧,把负极完全包覆;如此,涂覆的隔膜与负极形成一体化,镶嵌在负极中,无法分离;因此温度高时也不会融化,大大提高了电池的安全系数;同时,在制作过程中,工艺更简单。
