本实用新型涉及一种耐火砖,具体为低导热复合耐磨砖。
背景技术
目前常用的低导热复合耐磨砖产品的机构均是由上层隔热层、中层保温层和下层工作成组成。隔热层与窑体连接隔绝窑内热量对窑体的损害;保温层保证窑内温度不流失减少热量向窑体传导;工作层保证其耐磨抗侵蚀等特性对窑体进行保护。
现有的低导热复合耐磨砖各层之间用胶水连接,这样就会极为容易产生脱落现象,从而达不到隔热层的效果,缩短产品的使用寿命。

针对上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种连接牢固的低导热复合耐磨砖,具体的技术方案为:
低导热复合耐磨砖,包括工作层、保温层和隔热层,所述的工作层与保温层连接,连接面为波纹状,所述的保温层的另一面有梯形的卡槽,所述的隔热层镶嵌在卡槽内。
本实用新型提供的低导热复合耐磨砖,采用内凹陷型的卡槽,隔热层镶嵌在卡槽里,再配合胶水使用,避免保温层与隔热层脱落现象。
