背景技术：目前，车床加工零件时往往需要中心架，而且根据床身长度确定加工长度，这就限制了加工件的长度尺寸，很不方便；并且加工精度低。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供加工精度高，刚性好的一种随主轴旋转夹紧式车床尾座，它克服了目前技术的缺点，本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由主轴、轴承、主轴箱体、轴承盖、轴承盖固定螺钉、尾座滑板、三爪卡盘、三爪卡盘连接螺钉连接而成，在主轴的两端分别套着轴承，轴承的外边安装着轴承盖，轴承盖的一端由轴承盖固定螺钉固定在主轴箱体上；主轴箱体固定在尾座滑板上；在主轴的一端由三爪卡盘连接螺钉固定着三爪卡盘。
所述的主轴中间为通孔。
所述主轴箱体的底端面长于顶端面，其中间有方槽，两端有螺栓孔。
所述尾座滑板的长度与主轴箱体的底端长度一致，尾座滑板的两端有螺栓孔，其螺栓孔与主轴箱体的螺栓孔相对应，两者螺栓孔中间有螺栓连接；在尾座滑板的底端一侧设置有燕尾槽。
应用时，将加工件穿入主轴的圆孔内，由三爪卡盘卡住加工件，卡盘自定心工件中心，进行加工即可。
本实用新型的意义是：本装置省去了原来车床中心架，而且可以使用短床身车床加工长零件，精度高，刚性好。

1.一种随主轴旋转夹紧式车床尾座，是由主轴（1）、轴承（2）、主轴箱体（3）、轴承盖（4）、轴承盖固定螺钉（5）、尾座滑板（6）、三爪卡盘（7）、三爪卡盘连接螺钉（8）连接而成，其特征是：在主轴（1）的两端分别套着轴承（2），轴承（2）的外边安装着轴承盖（4），轴承盖（4）的一端由轴承盖固定螺钉（5）固定在主轴箱体（3）上；主轴箱体（3）固定在尾座滑板（6）上。
