背景技术
铅酸蓄电池是将正、负极板交错叠放排列在电池盒内,充入电池盒的电解液与正、负极板上的铅进行化学反应放电。蓄电池的负极板是通过涂膏机将铅膏涂在板栅上,然后送入酸池反应,再进行烘干固化,目前的蓄电池负极板由边框、纵向筋条和横向筋条组成,纵向筋条和横向筋条在同一平面,铅膏完全靠自身的粘性附着在板栅上,进入酸池浸泡很容易松泡剥落,影响蓄电池的储电性能。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种波浪形蓄电池负极板栅,可以解决现有蓄电池负极板栅的纵向筋条和横向筋条在同一平面,对铅膏的附着力差,导致容易松泡剥落,影响蓄电池储电性能的问题。

一种波浪形蓄电池负极板栅,包括边框,以及连接于边框的多根纵向筋条和横向筋条,每相邻的两根横向筋条分别偏向边框正、反两面设置,所述每根纵向筋条与多根横向筋条依次相连呈波浪形。

本实用新型的进一步方案是,所述边框、纵向筋条和横向筋条为一体铸造成型。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点在于:
每相邻的两根横向筋条分别偏向边框正、反两面设置,从两面对铅膏进行夹持,而波浪形的纵向筋条长度有所加长,即与铅膏的接触面积加大,有效增强对铅膏的附着力,降低松泡剥落的可能,使蓄电池储电性能得到保障。
