本实用新型的撞火式水套型燃烧室，是在燃烧室内、火焰喷射管的对面，置有耐高热的撞火板；致使火柱直喷射于撞火板上，既不至降温又瞬时扩散，与供风充分混合，保持强燃工况；在燃烧室的侧面制有可配置风机的助燃进风管，由此再次进风强燃；底座上制有通孔，发挥进风助燃与防爆的双重作用。
Description
一、技术领域：
本实用新型的撞火式水套型燃烧室，以强燃低碳的燃烧工况，涉及立式燃气锅炉的燃烧技术与环保节能领域的一项技术创新。
二、背景技术：
立式列管与套管型锅炉，大多采用水套型燃烧室、即由循环水腔的内壁围成燃烧室；优点是由于循环水腔的包围而不散失热量，炉体表面温度不高；缺憾是当燃气或燃油的火柱直喷射于循环水腔的内壁上，急剧地降低了燃烧温度与燃烧速度，造成CO过多的不良工况。
三、实用新型内容：
本实用新型目的，是使火柱不直喷射于水套型燃烧室的水腔内壁上，而保持强燃低碳的燃烧工况。
本实用新型的发明创新内容是：
1、在水套型燃烧室内、火焰喷射管的对面，置有耐高热的撞火板，使火柱直喷射于撞火板上，既不至降温又瞬时扩散，与供风充分混合燃烧，保持强燃低碳的燃烧工况。
2、在水套型燃烧室的侧面，还制有助燃进风孔管，以再次进风促进强燃。
3、在水套型燃烧室底面的底座上，制有通孔，发挥进风助燃与防爆的双重作用。

本说明书有附图2幅；图1是本实用新型设计的撞火式水套型燃烧室的正面剖视图，图2是图1的A--A剖视图。
图中阿拉伯数字序号所标注的部件或部位分别是：(1)水套内筒，(2)水套外筒，(3)循环水腔，(4)水套下环形板，(5)水套上环形板，(6)燃烧室，(7)撞火板，(8)火焰喷射管，(9)助燃进风管，(10)观火孔管，(11)水套进出水口，(12)底座。
五、具体实施方式：参照附图
用金属板制做水套的内外筒(1)和(2)，结合下环形板(4)、上环形板(5)、及进出水口(11)焊接成水套，构成循环水腔(3)和燃烧室(6)；并且使火焰喷射管(8)和助燃进风管(9)及观火孔管(10)穿过水腔，分别焊接与水套的内外筒上；将耐高热的撞火板(7)置入燃烧室内、火焰喷射管(8)的对面。
用金属管焊接底座(12)，该底座上焊接金属托盘，托盘中复以耐火材料，并制有通孔，以发挥进风助燃与防爆双重作用。

1.一种撞火式水套型燃烧室，其特征在于：在燃烧室内、火焰喷射管(8)的对面置有耐热撞火板(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的撞火式水套型燃烧室，其特征在于：在燃烧室侧面制有进风管(9)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的撞火式水套型燃烧室，其特征在于：燃烧室底座(12)上制有通孔。
