本实用新型提供一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构，包括套设于发电机转轴上的磁铁及设置于磁铁周侧的线圈，其特征在于，所述磁铁外部设有磁铁包胶组件，所述的磁铁包胶组件由包裹于磁铁外部的柱状塑胶外套或由磁铁内衬及柱状塑胶外套构成。本实用新型结构简单，利用上述包胶结构能够很好地克服现有水力发电机磁铁采用滚镀技术防水而造成防水性能不佳的缺陷。

本实用新型涉及一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构。
背景技术
目前水力发电机磁铁采用滚镀技术防水，但很难通过CASS4H测试，在防水性能上具有一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型对上述问题进行了改进，即本实用新型要解决的技术问题是现有水力发电机采用滚镀技术防水效果不佳。
本实用新型的具体实施方案是：一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构，包括套设于发电机转轴上的磁铁及设置于磁铁周侧的线圈，所述磁铁外部设有磁铁包胶组件。
进一步的，所述磁铁包胶组件为包裹于磁铁外部的柱状塑胶外套或橡胶外套或陶瓷外套。
进一步的，所述磁铁中部设有以供转轴穿过的通孔，所述磁铁包胶组件包括插入磁铁通孔内部的磁铁内衬以及一端设有开口的柱状塑胶外套，所述磁铁内衬包括插入通孔且与通孔内壁紧贴的管状体及设置于管状体一端与磁铁一侧端部紧贴的底座。
进一步的，所述磁铁包胶组件外部套设有套设于转轴上的外壳，所述外壳内位于磁铁包胶组件两侧设有垫片及轴承。
进一步的，所述线圈外部套设有护磁套，所述转轴的一侧设有叶轮及具有进水端的斜水片。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型结构简单，利用上述包胶结构能够很好地克服现有水力发电机磁铁采用滚镀技术防水而造成防水性能不佳的缺陷，提高防水性能和抗腐蚀性，延长了水力发电机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构，包括套设于发电机转轴40上的磁铁10及设置于磁铁周侧的线圈20，所述磁铁外部设有磁铁包胶组件30。
下面列举两种包胶组件结构进行说明：
实施例1：如图1～3所示，所述磁铁包胶组件为包裹于磁铁外部的柱状塑胶外套310，该柱状塑胶外套为中空结构，两端具有以供转轴穿过的开孔，成型时，将磁铁10套入转轴40后，进行包胶成型柱状塑胶外套310。
磁铁包胶组件30外部套设有套设于转轴上的外壳，外壳由可相互扣合的两部分（510，520）构成，所述外壳内位于磁铁包胶组件两侧各设有垫片60及轴承70，所述线圈外部套设有护磁套80，所述转轴40的一侧设有叶轮90及具有进水端的斜水片100。工作时，水流由斜水片100斜向进入冲击叶轮90带动转轴40转动实现发电。
实施例2：如图4～6所示所述磁铁10中部设有以供转轴40穿过的通孔，所述磁铁包胶组件30包括插入磁铁通孔内部的磁铁内衬320以及一端设有开口的柱状塑胶外套310，
所述磁铁内衬320包括插入通孔且与通孔内壁紧贴的管状体321及设置于管状体一端与磁铁一侧端部紧贴的底座322。
成型时，先将成型的磁铁内衬320插入磁铁10通孔内，之后对磁铁外部进行包胶成型处理形成柱状塑胶外套310。实施例2中未述部分与实施例1中相同。
实际应用中，也可以用橡胶外套或陶瓷外套替代。

1.一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构，包括套设于发电机转轴上的磁铁及设置于磁铁周侧的线圈，其特征在于，所述磁铁外部设有磁铁包胶组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构，其特征在于，所述磁铁包胶组件为包裹于磁铁外部的柱状塑胶外套或橡胶外套或陶瓷外套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构，其特征在于，所述磁铁中部设有以供转轴穿过的通孔，所述磁铁包胶组件包括插入磁铁通孔内部的磁铁内衬以及一端设有开口的柱状塑胶外套，所述磁铁内衬包括插入通孔且与通孔内壁紧贴的管状体及设置于管状体一端与磁铁一侧端部紧贴的底座。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构，其特征在于，所述磁铁包胶组件外部套设有套设于转轴上的外壳，所述外壳内位于磁铁包胶组件两侧设有垫片及轴承。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水力发电机二次包胶防水结构，其特征在于，所述线圈外部套设有护磁套，所述转轴的一侧设有叶轮及具有进水端的斜水片。
