Abstract
本实用新型涉及水力发电机,包括封胶外壳,所述封胶外壳内设置有骨架本体,所述骨架本体内穿设有滚花扁轴,所述滚花扁轴的一端固连有用于驱动滚花扁轴转动的叶轮,所述滚花扁轴上套设有磁铁,所述骨架本体的外周侧设置有铜线圈,所述封胶外壳的一端固连有用于进水催动叶轮转动的驱动片,所述驱动片上斜向延伸有若干个进水凸台,所述进水凸台上开设有进水孔。本实用新型结构简单、易于制造,利用驱动片上斜置的进水孔配合叶轮,使水流的冲击力更大,设置护磁环,有效提高发电机的输出电压,实现在低水流压力下,发电机输出电压可满足所带负载的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及卫浴产品技术领域,具体涉及水力发电机。
背景技术
水力发电机将水能转化为电能,现阶段使用的水力发电机利用水能的效率较低,不能有效的利用水能,并且在低水流压力下发电机的输出电压无法满足所带负载的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对以上不足之处,提供了一种结构简单、工作稳定,可实现低水流压力下提高发电机的输出电压的水力发电机。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案一是,水力发电机,包括封胶外壳,所述封胶外壳内设置有骨架本体,所述骨架本体内穿设有滚花扁轴,所述滚花扁轴的一端固连有用于驱动滚花扁轴转动的叶轮,所述滚花扁轴上套设有磁铁,所述骨架本体的外周侧设置有铜线圈,所述封胶外壳的一端固连有用于进水催动叶轮转动的驱动片,所述驱动片上斜向延伸有若干个进水凸台,所述进水凸台上开设有进水孔。
进一步的,所述骨架本体的一端固连有骨架后盖,所述骨架后盖上开设有用于安装滚花扁轴的轴孔,所述轴孔内设置有石墨垫片,所述滚花扁轴的一端通过轴承固连在骨架后盖内,滚花扁轴的另一端通过轴承固连在骨架本体内。
进一步的,所述骨架本体内位于磁铁与滚花扁轴之间设置有轴套,所述轴套套设在滚花扁轴上,所述磁铁上包覆有用于将磁铁与水隔绝的外壳。
进一步的,所述封胶外壳的另一端固连有电机后盖,所述电机后盖上设置有导线。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案二是,包括封胶外壳,所述封胶外壳内设置有骨架本体,所述骨架本体内穿设有滚花扁轴,所述滚花扁轴的一端固连有用于驱动滚花扁轴转动的叶轮,所述滚花扁轴上套设有磁铁,所述骨架本体的外周侧设置有铜线圈,所述骨架本体上环设有用于提高发电机输出电压的护磁环。
进一步的,所述骨架本体的一端固连有骨架后盖,所述骨架后盖上开设有用于安装滚花扁轴的轴孔,所述轴孔内设置有石墨垫片,所述滚花扁轴的一端通过轴承固连在骨架后盖内,滚花扁轴的另一端通过轴承固连在骨架本体内。
进一步的,所述骨架本体内位于磁铁与滚花扁轴之间设置有轴套,所述轴套套设在滚花扁轴上,所述磁铁上包覆有用于将磁铁与水隔绝的外壳。
进一步的,所述封胶外壳的一端固连有用于进水催动叶轮转动的进水片,所述进水片上开设有进水孔,所述封胶外壳的另一端固连有电机后盖,所述电机后盖上设置有导线。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型结构简单、易于制造,利用驱动片上斜置的进水孔配合叶轮,使水流的冲击力更大,设置护磁环,有效提高发电机的输出电压,实现在低水流压力下,发电机输出电压可满足所带负载的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1~2所示,实施例一:水力发电机,包括封胶外壳8,所述封胶外壳8内设置有骨架本体6,所述骨架本体6内穿设有滚花扁轴5,所述滚花扁轴5的一端固连有用于驱动滚花扁轴5转动的叶轮9,所述滚花扁轴5上套设有磁铁12,所述骨架本体6的外周侧设置有铜线圈11,所述封胶外壳8的一端固连有用于进水催动叶轮9转动的驱动片10,所述驱动片10上斜向延伸有若干个进水凸台,所述进水凸台上开设有进水孔。
在本实施例中,所述骨架本体6的一端固连有骨架后盖2,所述骨架后盖2上开设有用于安装滚花扁轴5的轴孔,所述轴孔内设置有石墨垫片,所述滚花扁轴5的一端通过轴承固连在骨架后盖2内,滚花扁轴5的另一端通过轴承固连在骨架本体6内。
在本实施例中,所述骨架本体6内位于磁铁12与滚花扁轴5之间设置有轴套4,所述轴套4套设在滚花扁轴5上,所述磁铁12上包覆有用于将磁铁12与水隔绝的外壳3。
在本实施例中,所述封胶外壳8的另一端固连有电机后盖1,所述电机后盖1上设置有导线101。
如图3所示,实施例二:水力发电机,包括封胶外壳8,所述封胶外壳8内设置有骨架本体6,所述骨架本体6内穿设有滚花扁轴5,所述滚花扁轴5的一端固连有用于驱动滚花扁轴5转动的叶轮9,所述滚花扁轴5上套设有磁铁12,所述骨架本体6的外周侧设置有铜线圈11,所述骨架本体6上环设有用于提高发电机输出电压的护磁环7。
在本实施例中,所述骨架本体6的一端固连有骨架后盖2,所述骨架后盖2上开设有用于安装滚花扁轴5的轴孔,所述轴孔内设置有石墨垫片,所述滚花扁轴5的一端通过轴承固连在骨架后盖2内,滚花扁轴5的另一端通过轴承固连在骨架本体6内。
在本实施例中,所述骨架本体6内位于磁铁12与滚花扁轴5之间设置有轴套4,所述轴套4套设在滚花扁轴5上,所述磁铁12上包覆有用于将磁铁12与水隔绝的外壳3。
在本实施例中,所述封胶外壳8的一端固连有用于进水催动叶轮9转动的进水片13,所述进水片13上开设有进水孔,所述封胶外壳8的另一端固连有电机后盖1,所述电机后盖1上设置有导线101。
在本实施例中,采用镀锌板材质的护磁环7,从而在同等转速下提高了发电机的输出电压,在驱动片10上设置圆柱形的炮台式进水孔,既能使出水流角度更明确,又可以使水流更集中的冲击叶轮9,从而在低水压下,提高了发电机的转速,从而提高了发电机的输出电压;采用二次注塑技术,通过包胶将外壳3设置在磁铁12上使磁铁12完全与水隔绝,从而避免了磁铁12腐蚀,避免现有发电机磁铁采用表面滚镀处理所存在的过水腐蚀问题,叶轮9采用3D涡轮式叶片设计,在同样的水流冲击下,可有效地提高叶轮9的转速,从而提高了发电机的输出电压,将进水孔设计成炮台式,再配以3D涡轮式叶轮9片,在较低的水流压力下,叶轮9也可以获得较高的转速,另外护磁环7可有效地保护磁场强度,在同样转速下,发电机也可以有较高的输出电压,从而解决了在低水流压力下,发电机输出电压无法满足所带负载的问题。

1.水力发电机,其特征在于:包括封胶外壳,所述封胶外壳内设置有骨架本体,所述骨架本体内穿设有滚花扁轴,所述滚花扁轴的一端固连有用于驱动滚花扁轴转动的叶轮,所述滚花扁轴上套设有磁铁,所述骨架本体的外周侧设置有铜线圈,所述封胶外壳的一端固连有用于进水催动叶轮转动的驱动片,所述驱动片上斜向延伸有若干个进水凸台,所述进水凸台上开设有进水孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水力发电机,其特征在于:所述骨架本体的一端固连有骨架后盖,所述骨架后盖上开设有用于安装滚花扁轴的轴孔,所述轴孔内设置有石墨垫片,所述滚花扁轴的一端通过轴承固连在骨架后盖内,滚花扁轴的另一端通过轴承固连在骨架本体内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水力发电机,其特征在于:所述骨架本体内位于磁铁与滚花扁轴之间设置有轴套,所述轴套套设在滚花扁轴上,所述磁铁上包覆有用于将磁铁与水隔绝的外壳。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水力发电机,其特征在于:所述封胶外壳的另一端固连有电机后盖,所述电机后盖上设置有导线。
5.水力发电机,其特征在于:包括封胶外壳,所述封胶外壳内设置有骨架本体,所述骨架本体内穿设有滚花扁轴,所述滚花扁轴的一端固连有用于驱动滚花扁轴转动的叶轮,所述滚花扁轴上套设有磁铁,所述骨架本体的外周侧设置有铜线圈,所述骨架本体上环设有用于提高发电机输出电压的护磁环。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水力发电机,其特征在于:所述骨架本体的一端固连有骨架后盖,所述骨架后盖上开设有用于安装滚花扁轴的轴孔,所述轴孔内设置有石墨垫片,所述滚花扁轴的一端通过轴承固连在骨架后盖内,滚花扁轴的另一端通过轴承固连在骨架本体内。
7.根据权利要求5所述的水力发电机,其特征在于:所述骨架本体内位于磁铁与滚花扁轴之间设置有轴套,所述轴套套设在滚花扁轴上,所述磁铁上包覆有用于将磁铁与水隔绝的外壳。
8.根据权利要求5所述的水力发电机,其特征在于:所述封胶外壳的一端固连有用于进水催动叶轮转动的进水片,所述进水片上开设有进水孔,所述封胶外壳的另一端固连有电机后盖,所述电机后盖上设置有导线。
