[0013] 如图1所示,一种耐高温防潮充电粧电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体I包括导体2、绝缘层4、屏蔽层6和外护套10,所述电缆本体I横截面为圆形结构;所述电缆本体I内部设置有多个导体2 ;所述导体2外紧密包裹一层绝缘层4 ;所述绝缘层4和导体2之间间隙部分设置有填充层3 ;所述绝缘层4内部设置有多个支撑条5 ;所述绝缘层4外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层6 ;所述屏蔽层6由内向外依次挤包金属编织层7和防腐蚀层8 ;所述防腐蚀层8外紧密挤包一层阻水带层9 ;所述阻水带层9外挤包一层外护套10。
[0014] 所述导体2采用多股镀锡铜丝绞合而成,可以有效的提高电缆本体I传输电流的能力,从而有效的提高工作效率;所述填充层3为聚氨酯泡沫塑料,可以形成可塑性泡沫质填充层,使电缆本体I内部结构更为紧凑,即使受到挤压,电缆也不会发生变形,此材料具有较强的吸水性,能够有效的吸收外界渗透的水分,保证电缆内部结构的干燥;所述绝缘层4能够大大提高电缆的绝缘特性,且绝缘层4内部设置的支撑条5能够对电缆起到良好的支撑作用,使电缆整体结构稳固可靠,适合各种恶劣的环境;所述屏蔽层6有效避免电缆出现绝缘击穿现象,同时降低外界信号对电缆的干扰;所述金属编织层7是由非磁性金属带或金属丝缠绕制成,能够有效的消除磁性材料铠装会产生的涡流问题,同时还可以对电缆结构起到加强和保护的作用,有效的降低了电缆的使用寿命,降低了维修成本;所述防腐蚀层8能够保证导体2不会受到大气中有害物质的腐蚀,延长了电缆的使用寿命;所述阻水带层9不仅可以起到径向防水的作用,也可以起到电缆在运行过程中热胀冷缩的缓冲作用;所述外护套10采用热塑性硫化橡胶制成,具有较强的弹性和抗弯效果,还具有较高的抗张强度,有效的解决了电缆护套容易破损的情况,延长了电缆的使用寿命。

1.一种耐高温防潮充电粧电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和外护套,其特征在于:所述电缆本体横截面为圆形结构;所述电缆本体内部设置有多个导体;所述导体外紧密包裹一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层和导体之间间隙部分设置有填充层;所述绝缘层内部设置有多个支撑条;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层由内向外依次挤包金属编织层和防腐蚀层;所述防腐蚀层外紧密挤包一层阻水带层;所述阻水带层外挤包一层外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温防潮充电粧电缆,其特征在于:所述导体为多股镀锡铜丝绞合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温防潮充电粧电缆,其特征在于:所述填充层为聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
