技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种移动通信用耐弯折抗拉伸电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,工业等领域也在快速进步,随之带来的是电缆用量的增加,在移动通信等领域对电缆具有更高的要求,因电缆在使用过程中往往需要对其进行拖拽和弯折,很容易导致电缆因外界受力过大导致电缆本体内部结构破损,在其工作时很容易出现故障,给工作人员带来很多不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种移动通信用耐弯折抗拉伸电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种移动通信用耐弯折抗拉伸电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、保护层、阻水层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多个保护层;所述保护层内部设置有多根导体;所述保护层外设置有多根抗拉伸条与其相切;所述保护层外设置一层防老化层;所述防老化层外紧密挤包一层阻水层;所述阻水层外挤包一层金属加强层;所述金属加强层外挤包一层阻燃层;所述阻燃层外挤包一层抗拖拽层;所述抗拖拽层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种移动通信用耐弯折抗拉伸电缆,所述防老化层、保护层和抗拉伸条之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
上述的一种移动通信用耐弯折抗拉伸电缆,所述抗拉伸条采用PE绝缘材料制成。
上述的一种移动通信用耐弯折抗拉伸电缆,所述防老化层采用玻璃纤维聚酯带材料制成。
上述的一种移动通信用耐弯折抗拉伸电缆,所述金属加强层内部环绕设置有多根弹性条。

如图1所示,一种移动通信用耐弯折抗拉伸电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、保护层3、阻水层7和外护套12,所述电缆本体1内部设置有多个保护层3;所述保护层3内部设置有多根导体2;所述保护层3外设置有多根抗拉伸条4与其相切;所述保护层3外设置一层防老化层6;所述防老化层6外紧密挤包一层阻水层7;所述阻水层7外挤包一层金属加强层9;所述金属加强层9外挤包一层阻燃层10;所述阻燃层10外挤包一层抗拖拽层11;所述抗拖拽层11外挤包一层外护套12。
所述抗拉伸条4采用PE材料制成,具有较好的化学稳定性以及优异的介电性能,提高了电缆本体1的介电性能以及抗拉伸性能;所述防老化层6采用玻璃纤维聚酯带材料制成,在高温或高寒的环境下也能保持电气性能稳定,且抗老化性能突出,方便人们的移动;所述阻水层7为双面绝缘阻水带,在遇到水的情况下能够迅速膨胀,防止水分进入电缆内部,使电缆本体1内部结构更为圆整;所述弹性条8采用多芳基纤维材料制成,具有较好的抗拉伸、耐酸碱和耐冲击等优点,有效的增加了电缆本体1的柔韧性;所述金属加强层9进一步提高了电缆本体1的抗拉伸强度,延长了电缆在拖拽环境下的使用寿命,从而降低了使用成本。提高了用电设备的生产效率;所述阻燃层10提高了电缆承载高温的能力,在发生火灾时也不会出现溶化等情况,具有较好的耐热性能;所述抗拖拽层11可以提升整个电缆的抗拖拽性能,并可以有效的防止电力电缆对数据电缆信号传输的干扰;所述外护套12采用聚氨酯材料制成,具有机械性能优良和韧性高等优点,从而有效的提高了通信电缆的韧性,增强电缆本体1的机械弯曲性能。
