本发明公开了一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、防潮层、防干扰层和外护套。所述电缆本体内部设置有多根导体;所述导体外包裹一层加强保护层;所述加强保护层外紧密挤包一层钢带铠装层;所述钢带铠装层外挤包一层防潮层;所述防潮层外挤包一层隔离层;所述隔离层外挤包一层防干扰层;所述防干扰层外挤包一层外护套。本发明具有结构设计合理、防干扰效果好和使用方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,移动通信等领域也在快速发展,电缆作为移动通信中经常会使用的设备,被人们广泛使用,电缆是指用于电力、通信和相关传输用途的材料,且随着用电量的增加,对电缆的要求也越来越高,但是现有工业上所使用的电缆,因其结构设计不合理,导致电缆的抗干扰能力差,且在恶劣的环境下,电缆并不能正常工作,给企业带来很大的损失。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、防潮层、防干扰层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多根导体;所述导体外包裹一层加强保护层;所述加强保护层外紧密挤包一层钢带铠装层;所述钢带铠装层外挤包一层防潮层;所述防潮层外挤包一层隔离层;所述隔离层外挤包一层防干扰层;所述防干扰层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,所述防潮层为聚氨酯泡沫塑料制成。
上述的一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,所述隔离层采用聚酯带绕包而成。
上述的一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,所述防干扰层内部设置有多根测温光纤。
上述的一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,所述外护套采用陶瓷化硅橡胶材料制成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、防干扰效果好和使用方便等优点,所述外护套采用陶瓷化硅橡胶材料制成,在火灾发生时,该材料会形成坚硬的保护层,从而起到隔氧防火的作用,在火灾情况下也能够保证电力通畅的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、防潮层6、防干扰层8和外护套10,所述电缆本体1内部设置有多根导体2;所述导体2外包裹一层加强保护层3;所述加强保护层3外紧密挤包一层钢带铠装层5;所述钢带铠装层5外挤包一层防潮层6;所述防潮层6外挤包一层隔离层7;所述隔离层7外挤包一层防干扰层8;所述防干扰层9外挤包一层外护套10。
所述加强保护层3可以起到抗拉的作用,且可以确保导体2相互之间不会损伤,且增大了导体2的移动阻力,使其内部结构更为稳定;所述钢带铠装层5可以保证电缆能够承受外界强大的破坏力,同时使电缆和外界隔离,降低了发生火灾时电缆的危险系数;所述防潮层6采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料制成,从而可以形成可塑性泡沫质填充层,使电缆内部结构更为紧密,即使受到外界的挤压,电缆本体1也不会出现变形的情况,且具有较强的吸水性,能够吸收外界渗透的水分,保证电缆内部结构干燥;所述隔离层7为聚酯带绕包制成,从而可以保证电缆本体1内部结构不被氧化,起到很好的隔离作用;所述防干扰层8加快感应电流接入地下的速度,使电缆输出的频率变化和频波畸变减小,降低了电缆对外部的干扰;所述测温光纤9可以根据温度的变化发出相应的警报,使电缆本体1的使用更加安全;所述外护套10采用陶瓷化硅橡胶材料制成,在火灾发生时,该材料会形成坚硬的保护层,从而起到隔氧防火的作用,在火灾情况下也能够保证电力通畅的目的。

1.一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、防潮层、防干扰层和外护套,其特征在于:所述电缆本体内部设置有多根导体;所述导体外包裹一层加强保护层;所述加强保护层外紧密挤包一层钢带铠装层;所述钢带铠装层外挤包一层防潮层;所述防潮层外挤包一层隔离层;所述隔离层外挤包一层防干扰层;所述防干扰层外挤包一层外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述防潮层为聚氨酯泡沫塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述隔离层采用聚酯带绕包而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述防干扰层内部设置有多根测温光纤。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种通信用抗干扰防潮耐高温绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套采用陶瓷化硅橡胶材料制成。
