Abstract
本发明公开了一种中压耐火智能监测电缆,包括三根绝缘相线芯、光纤单元、阻燃填充层、阻燃包带、内护层、铠装层和外护层;所述绝缘相线芯由内到外依次为金属导体、导体屏蔽、绝缘、绝缘屏蔽和金属屏蔽;所述的绝缘为高介电交联聚乙烯挤包;所述的金属屏蔽为高导电铜带绕包而成。本发明的电缆实现了中压电缆火灾时仍能使用、着火产生的气体和烟雾无毒无污染、增加火后消防施救的时间和智能监测要求,使得人身安全有所保障,财产损失有所减少,电缆维护和确定电缆故障位置的费用有所降低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中压电缆,特别涉及一种中压(6~35kV)耐火智能监测电缆。
背景技术
随着国内城市的不断发展,经济迅速增长,许多高层建筑大量涌现。如果采用低压0.6/1kV配电,较普通建筑物电缆用量、敷设难度和工作量将成倍增长,而且占用的建筑空间会更大。采用中压(6~35kV)电缆敷设于建筑内再进行配电,既节材又节能。
高层建筑里人口密集,一旦出现火灾,电缆无法给用电设备提供电能,势必对人员疏散造成很大影响,导致重大伤亡事故和财产损失,故对建筑中使用的中压电缆的安全要求级别更高。但是现有的中压(6~35kV)电缆的耐火性能、机械性能和智能监测性能有待进一步的提高,确保电缆在异常温升时能够实施监测,并在温度很高时能正常使用,将人身伤亡和财产损失降到最低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中压耐火智能监测电缆,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
中压耐火智能监测电缆,其特征在于,其特征在于:包括三根绝缘相线芯、光纤单元、阻燃填充层、阻燃包带、内护层、铠装层和外护层;所述绝缘相线芯由内到外依次为金属导体、导体屏蔽、绝缘、绝缘屏蔽和金属屏蔽;所述的绝缘为高介电交联聚乙烯挤包;所述的金属屏蔽为高导电铜带绕包而成。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述光纤单元为耐高温的多模测温光纤,分布于三根绝缘相线芯绞合之后的缝隙中和对称嵌于钢丝铠装层中。
进一步,所述阻燃填充层为阻燃填充绳,填充在三根绝缘相线芯之间。
进一步,所述阻燃包带为绕包在填充层外和铠装层外的低烟无卤阻燃带。
进一步,所述内护层为陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火隔氧层挤包而成。
进一步,所述铠装层为镀锌钢丝螺旋状缠绕在内护层外。
进一步,所述外护层为环保型低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃挤包而成。
本发明的结构设计和材料使用具有以下优点:①当绝缘相线芯温升异常,则位于电缆中心的测温光纤将温度信号传回控制中心,能够实现电缆内部温度的实时监测;②当发生火灾时,低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃护套(氧指数为35)起到高难燃的作用,当温度传到里面,测温光纤发挥作用,给消防人员传达信号。而且里面又是陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火隔氧层,又给消防救援赢得宝贵时间;③采用镀锌钢丝和陶瓷化硅橡胶增加了电缆的机械性能和弯曲性能,节省了敷设空间;④环保型的阻燃填充绳替代了无碱玻璃丝填充,避免了电缆生产过程中无碱玻璃丝刺伤皮肤。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1,本实施例的一种中压(6~35kV)耐火智能监测电缆,包括三根绝缘相线芯1、光纤单元2、阻燃填充层3、阻燃包带4、内护层5、铠装层6和外护层7。绝缘相线芯1由内到外依次为金属导体11、导体屏蔽12、绝缘13、绝缘屏蔽14和金属屏蔽15;绝缘13为高介电交联聚乙烯挤包;金属屏蔽15为高导电铜带绕包而成。
具体结构及材料:金属导体11符合GB/T3956-2008的规定,采用第二类圆形紧压结构;导体屏蔽12和绝缘屏蔽14均采用交联型的半导电屏蔽料挤包而成;绝缘13采用高介电的交联聚乙烯(XLPE);金属屏蔽15采用高导电的铜带屏蔽;光纤单元2采用耐高温的多模测温光纤;分布于三根绝缘相线芯绞合之后的缝隙中和对称嵌于钢丝铠装层中。阻燃填充层3采用环保型的阻燃填充绳,填充在三根绝缘相线芯1之间。阻燃包带4采用环保型的低烟无卤阻燃带,绕包在填充层3外和铠装层6外。内护层5采用陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火隔氧层;铠装层6采用镀锌钢丝;外护层7采用环保型低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃(氧指数为35)高难燃材料。

1.中压耐火智能监测电缆,其特征在于,包括三根绝缘相线芯(1)、光纤单元(2)、阻燃填充层(3)、阻燃包带(4)、内护层(5)、铠装层(6)和外护层(7);所述绝缘相线芯(1)由内到外依次为金属导体(11)、导体屏蔽(12)、绝缘(13)、绝缘屏蔽(14)和金属屏蔽(15);所述的绝缘(13)为高介电交联聚乙烯挤包;所述的金属屏蔽(15)为高导电铜带绕包而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中压耐火智能监测电缆,其特征在于:所述光纤单元(2)为耐高温的多模测温光纤,分布于三根绝缘相线芯绞合之后的缝隙中和对称嵌于钢丝铠装层中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种中压耐火智能监测电缆,其特征在于:所述阻燃填充层(3)为阻燃填充绳,填充在三根绝缘相线芯(1)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种中压耐火智能监测电缆,其特征在于:所述阻燃包带(4)为绕包在填充层(3)外和铠装层(6)外的低烟无卤阻燃带。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种中压耐火智能监测电缆,其特征在于:所述内护层(5)为陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火隔氧层挤包而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种中压耐火智能监测电缆,其特征在于:所述铠装层(6)为镀锌钢丝螺旋状缠绕在内护层外。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种中压耐火智能监测电缆,其特征在于:所述外护层(7)为环保型低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃挤包而成。
