Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种立式水轮发电机推力头与镜板组合体结构。推力头和镜板锻造为一体,上端面与转子支架把合接触,侧面充当轴领面与导瓦接触,底面为镜面,直接与推力瓦接触。此新型结构可以缩短发电机整体高度,使推力及导轴承合用一个油槽,节省一个导轴承油槽及一个导轴承油冷却器,节省了制造成本,值得推广。

本实用新型涉及一种立式水轮发电机推力头与镜板组合体结构。
背景技术:
立式水轮发电机推力头与镜板多为分体结构,推力头为铸件,镜板为锻件,两者结合面加工要求较高,需设置密封沟,采用耐油橡胶条密封,再通过把合螺栓连接。这种结构只适合于发电机导轴承和推力轴承采用分体结构、推力和导轴承两个独立油槽、两个油冷却系统,并且发电机整体高度不受限制的立式水轮发电机。此新型结构将推力头和镜板锻造为一体,上端面与转子支架把合接触,侧面充当轴领面与导瓦接触,底面为镜面,直接与推力瓦接触。原先推力轴承和导轴承分体结构合并成一个整体,既满足发电机整体机构的需要,缩短了发电机整体高度,又节省了一个导轴承油槽和一个导轴承油冷却器部件。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是在结构上设计一种立式水轮发电机推力头与镜板组合体结构,本实用新型的技术方案是:上端面与转子支架把合接触,侧面充当轴领面与导瓦接触,底面为镜面,直接与推力瓦接触。
技术效果:
通过此新型立式水轮发电机推力头与镜板组合体结构在相关电站的使用情况来看,推力头和镜板组合体的推力轴承运行振动、摆度、推力瓦温、导瓦瓦温等方面性能优越,与推力头和镜板采用分体螺栓把合结构、导轴承和推力轴承分别采用单独油槽结构并无差异。此新型结构用于悬式机组可以节省一个导轴油槽和一个导轴承油冷却器,用于半伞式机组,则多采用导瓦泵外循环的结构。立式水轮发电机采用此推力头和镜板组合体新型结构,机组运行性能稳定、可靠,能满足发电机整体结构的需要,还节省了制造成本。
