本实用新型涉及制袋机，尤其是涉及一种拉料装置。
背景技术
在制袋机的烫封过程中，需要人工将料往前拉，这样的拉料方式很容易因拉料不同步而导致生产出来的袋子为次品，尤其是对于八字烫刀等异形或者体积较大的烫刀，不但需要较大的力来拉料，而且更加容易使两边拉料不同步，次品率更高。

本实用新型为了克服上述的不足，提供了一种无需人工操作的拉料装置，包括滑座1，所述滑座1上设有底座2，所述底座2的顶部设有一横板3，横板3的底部连接有一U形固定板4，U形固定板4的U形槽内通过轴连有一夹板6；所述横板3的上方连接有一气缸5，气缸5的活塞杆与夹板6的内端连接，通过活塞杆的伸缩，夹板6能以轴为支点上下翘动。
本实用新型拉料装置，所述滑座1的底部还设有两排轮子7，所述轮子7的轴线方向与U形固定板4的方向相同。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型通过杠杆原理，以轴为支点，通过气缸活塞杆的伸缩来控制夹板的外端和U形固定板将料夹住或者放开，当将料夹住之后，滑座移动，就能将料往前拉，无需人工操作，多个拉料装置同时使用时，也能够保证同步性。

如图1所示的拉料装置，包括滑座1，所述滑座1上设有底座2，所述底座2的顶部设有一横板3，横板3的底部连接有一U形固定板4，U形固定板4的U形槽内通过轴连有一夹板6；所述横板3的上方连接有一气缸5，气缸5的活塞杆与夹板6的内端连接，在活塞杆伸缩时，夹板6能以轴为支点上下翘动，当活塞杆伸长时，夹板内端下行，外端上行，将料置于夹板外端和U形固定板之间，活塞杆再收缩，甲板内端上行，外端下行，夹板外端和U形固定板将料夹住。在滑座1的底部还设有两排轮子7，所述轮子7的轴线方向与U形固定板4的方向相同。当将料夹住之后，滑座移动，就能将料往前拉，无需人工操作，多个拉料装置同时使用时，也能够保证同步性。

1.一种拉料装置，包括滑座（1），其特征是：所述滑座（1）上设有底座（2），所述底座（2）的顶部设有一横板（3），横板（3）的底部连接有一U形固定板（4），U形固定板（4）的U形槽内通过轴连有一夹板（6）；所述横板（3）的上方连接有一气缸（5），气缸（5）的活塞杆与夹板（6）的内端连接，通过活塞杆的伸缩，夹板（6）能以轴为支点上下翘动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉料装置，其特征是：所述滑座（1）的底部还设有两排轮子（7），所述轮子（7）的轴线方向与U形固定板（4）的方向相同。
