Abstract
本实用新型是一种预制直埋管道压圆装置，包括压圆机构本体，压圆机构本体由上压紧机构和下压紧机构组成，上压紧机构内部设有第一半圆形压面，第一半圆形压面上方设有两个加固杆，加固杆通过焊接固定在上压紧机构上，下压紧机构内部设有与上压紧机构内部的第一半圆形压面相对应的第二半圆形压面，上压紧机构与下压紧机构的结合处的一侧通过水平转轴连接，另一侧通过启合插销控制上压紧机构的启闭，本实用新型对预制直埋管道进行压圆处理，结构简单，使用方便，极大提高了生产效率和管道的性能品质。

在现有技术中，在管道加工领域中，生产的管道经常会出现管道的圆度达不到生产标准，一般需要借助外部装置将管道圆度调整到标准圆度。

本实用新型旨在解决现有技术的不足，而提供一种预制直埋管道压圆装置。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：一种预制直埋管道压圆装置，其特征在于，包括压圆机构本体，压圆机构本体上方设有牵引杆，下方设有四个支撑架，支撑架下方设有移动滚轮，压圆机构本体由上压紧机构和下压紧机构组成，上压紧机构内部设有第一半圆形压面，第一半圆形压面上方设有两个加固杆，加固杆通过焊接固定在上压紧机构上，下压紧机构内部设有与上压紧机构内部的第一半圆形压面相对应的第二半圆形压面，上压紧机构与下压紧机构的结合处的一侧通过水平转轴连接，另一侧通过启合插销控制上压紧机构的启闭。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型对预制直埋管道进行压圆处理，结构简单，使用方便，极大提高了生产效率和管道的性能品质。

如图1所示，一种预制直埋管道压圆装置，包括压圆机构本体10，压圆机构本体10上方设有牵引杆1，下方设有四个支撑架6，支撑架6下方设有移动滚轮7，压圆机构本体10由上压紧机构2和下压紧机构5组成，上压紧机构2内部设有第一半圆形压面3，第一半圆形压面3上方设有两个加固杆11，加固杆11通过焊接固定在上压紧机构2上，下压紧机构5内部设有与上压紧机构2内部的第一半圆形压面3相对应的第二半圆形压面8，上压紧机构2与下压紧机构5的结合处的一侧通过水平转轴9连接，另一侧通过启合插销4控制上压紧机构2的启闭。
使用时先把启合插销4打开，将牵引杆1往一侧旋转，将上压紧机构2打开，然后把管道安放在下压紧机构5的第二半圆形压面8上，然后将牵引杆1重新旋转归位，把上压紧机构2和下压紧机构5对合，对管道进行压圆处理。

1.一种预制直埋管道压圆装置，其特征在于，包括压圆机构本体(10)，压圆机构本体(10)上方设有牵引杆(1)，下方设有四个支撑架(6)，支撑架(6)下方设有移动滚轮(7)，压圆机构本体(10)由上压紧机构(2)和下压紧机构(5)组成，上压紧机构(2)内部设有第一半圆形压面(3)，第一半圆形压面(3)上方设有两个加固杆(11)，加固杆(11)通过焊接固定在上压紧机构(2)上，下压紧机构(5)内部设有与上压紧机构(2)内部的第一半圆形压面(3)相对应的第二半圆形压面(8)，上压紧机构(2)与下压紧机构(5)的结合处的一侧通过水平转轴(9)连接，另一侧通过启合插销(4)控制上压紧机构(2)的启闭。
