一种针对钢结构焊接的阻热降温块。它是在长方体壳内放置一块磁铁和冷冻液，磁铁能够吸附在钢构件上面，冷冻液冰冻后能达到吸收热量和阻止热量扩散的效果，该方法能有效组织钢构件热量扩散，布置灵活，易于规模化制作。

技术领域
本实用新型应用于钢结构焊接技术领域，可以阻止钢结构焊接时热应力的扩散。
背景技术
目前，当钢结构焊接时，焊缝周边产生的热量向外扩散，当周边构件对热量敏感时，例如使用结构胶粘结的钢构件，往往会导致具体工程中焊接方案无法实施，且焊接时需产生巨大热量，会增加焊接钢构件的残余应力，对焊缝周边钢构件构成一定的扰动。
发明内容
为了克服焊接时钢结构热量的扩散问题，本实用新型设计了长方体阻热降温块，该装置能够有效阻止钢结构焊接时热量的扩散。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：设计一种长方体壳的阻热降温块，该长方体壳长×宽×高为100×50×30mm，厚度为1.2mm，采用导热性能好的铝作为长方体壳的材料，壳的内部放置一块长×宽×高为60×30×10mm的磁铁，壳内空隙的90%填充聚乙烯醇和硼砂混合溶液作为冰冻液，使用之前将本阻热降温块放置在冰箱中冷冻，当需要时，拿出来直接排列在需焊缝的钢构件周边，通过磁铁吸附在钢构件上，起到阻热隔热的效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是能够阻止钢结构焊接时热量的扩散，且布置灵活，易于规模化制作。

具体实施方式
第一，按图1的内部构造和图2的尺寸制作好一定数量的阻热降温块，并放置于冷冻箱内以备使用。
第二，焊接时将阻热降温块放置于热敏感构件外围，实施焊接时即可有效阻止焊接热量对热敏感构件的影响。

1.一种阻热降温块，采用长方体壳体内填充冰冻液的形式，用于钢结构焊接时阻止焊缝周边热量的扩散，降低焊缝周边的温度，其特征是：采用铝制长方体壳，内附一块磁铁。
2.根据权利要求1所示的阻热降温块，其特征在于：长方体壳长×宽×高为100×50×30mm，采用1.2mm厚的铝合金制作。
3.根据权利要求1所示的阻热降温块，其特征在于：磁铁长×宽×高为60×30×10mm。
