Abstract
本实用新型涉及烟气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种用于湿法脱硫吸收塔烟气深度净化的装置。本实用新型提供的一种用于湿法脱硫吸收塔烟气深度净化的装置,包括底部设有浆池的吸收塔,吸收塔的侧壁顶部设有烟气出口,吸收塔在高于浆池液面高度的侧壁上设有烟气进口,烟气进口和烟气出口之间按照由下向上顺序设有喷淋层和支撑板,支撑板上设有若干个按照最大数量排列规则排列的深度净化器。本实用新型提能利用吸收塔内烟气的动能,使烟气经过净化器的旋流板时在旋流板的叶片与旋流筒壁产生气液撞击使烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物互相碰撞团聚凝聚成大液滴,大液滴再被旋流筒表面液膜捕获达到去除微小颗粒物,达到深度净化烟气的目的。

背景技术
[0002]目前,国内烟气或工业尾气污染治理技术较多,其中比较成熟、具有代表性的技术有:治理二氧化硫(SO2)污染的石灰石-石膏法、氨法、双碱法等湿法脱硫技术,湿法脱硫技术的喷淋洗涤净化后均需安装除雾器去除喷淋过程中产生的微小液滴;就目前实际情况,无论是平板式除雾器还是屋脊式除雾器对小于5um液滴及烟气中小于5um粉尘以及构成PM2.5的气溶胶的硫酸根、亚硫酸根、硝酸根、亚硝酸根等微小颗粒物的去除效率很难达到效率达到环保要求。为满足愈来愈严格的环保要求,湿法脱硫装置后端均需加装湿式电除尘装置进行深度净化。虽然湿式电除尘能有效去除微小颗粒物及气溶胶,但湿式电除尘存在着工艺设备庞大笨重,占用空间大,初投资高,运行能耗高,在已建项目上改造难度大等诸多问题。
[0003] 中国专利CN 101837238 A公开了一种脱硫吸收塔,包括:塔体,所述塔体的顶部具有净烟气出口且所述塔体的下部具有混合液出口 ;混合管,所述混合管的下端与塔体的下部相连通,且所述混合管的上端具有烟气入口 ;和脱硫剂喷管,所述脱硫剂喷管插入到混合管内以向混合管内喷射脱硫剂,所述脱硫剂喷管从所述烟气入口插入到混合管内。该专利没能解决深度净化烟气的问题。
实用新型内容
[0004] 为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种能用于湿法脱硫装置喷淋之后的深度净化装置,能利用吸收塔内烟气的动能,使烟气经过旋流板时在旋流板的叶片与旋流筒壁产生气液撞击使烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物互相碰撞团聚凝聚成大液滴,大液滴再被旋流筒表面液膜捕获达到去除微小颗粒物,达到深度净化烟气的目的。
[0005] 本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种用于湿法脱硫吸收塔烟气深度净化的装置,包括底部设有浆池的吸收塔,所述吸收塔的侧壁顶部设有烟气出口,所述吸收塔在高于浆池液面高度的侧壁上设有烟气进口,所述烟气进口和烟气出口之间按照由下向上顺序设有喷淋层和支撑板,所述支撑板上设有若干个深度净化器。
[0006] 进一步地,所述深度净化器包括底部中心位置设有冲洗水管的旋流筒,所述旋流筒的顶部中心位置设有紫外灯,所述冲洗水管上设有冲洗喷嘴和旋流板。
[0007] 进一步地,所述旋流板包括按照同心圆排列的多个叶片,所述叶片设有相对于旋流筒的横截面倾斜的倾斜角,所述倾斜角的角度范围20〜60°。

[0016] 1、不必在吸收塔塔内设置传统的屋脊式或板式除尘器。本实用新型的净化装置允许的烟气流动速度高,可允许的烟气流速为4_6m/s,从而不用加大吸收塔直径,利用原吸收塔即可,无需改造或者在吸收塔后设置单独的湿式电除尘器。本实用新型的净化装置的高度低,只有3m高,高度与常规塔内屋脊或板式除雾器高度相当;
[0017] 2、除尘除雾及气溶胶净化效率高。通过本装置可有效去除烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物。喷淋净化后的湿烟气经过机电一体化深度净化装置时,在旋流筒内及其上方形成气液两相的剧烈旋转及扰动,使烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物互相碰撞团聚凝聚成大液滴,大液滴再被旋流筒表面液膜捕获达到去除微小颗粒物的净化目的。同时,烟气中在流经旋流板叶片后形成旋转上升运动,烟气中的污染物在离心力作用下加速向旋流筒运动。由于旋流筒表面涂有光触媒,污染物中的气溶胶、NOx等物质在催化作用下分解为无害的N2及水;
[0018] 3、由于传统湿式电除尘器在清洗时需要停止放电,因此有短期的粉尘排放高值。本实用新型由于本身具有机械除尘效果,可以保证在冲洗期间除尘效率下降不多;
[0019] 4、本实用新型还解决了电除尘改造的空间要求高、难度大、改造周期长、初投资和运行费用高等问题,只需利用原有吸收塔空间进行改造,不改变吸收塔外部结构;

[0021] 6、本实用新型可以起到一定的脱NOx作用,可以对现在的NOx超净排放低到作用。

[0028] 如图1-3所示,具体说明本实用新型提供的一种用于湿法脱硫吸收塔烟气深度净化的装置,包括底部设有浆池2的吸收塔1,所述吸收塔I的侧壁顶部设有烟气出口 7,所述吸收塔I在高于浆池2液面高度的侧壁上设有烟气进口 3,所述烟气进口 3和烟气出口 7之间按照由下向上顺序设有喷淋层4和支撑板5,所述支撑板5上设有若干个按照最大数量排列规则排列的深度净化器6。深度净化器6包括底部中心位置设有冲洗水管61的旋流筒62,所述旋流筒62的顶部中心位置设有紫外灯65,所述冲洗水管61上设有冲洗喷嘴64和旋流板63。优选所述旋流板63包括按照同心圆排列的多个叶片,所述叶片设有相对于旋流筒62的横截面倾斜的倾斜角,所述倾斜角的角度范围20〜60°,所述叶片的投影重叠率范围在-20%〜+50%之间,投影重叠率:所有叶片正投影的重叠面积减去所有叶片正投影间的间隙面积的差除以所有叶片正投影的面积之和。本实施例中,优选旋流板63为一个且设置在冲洗喷嘴64下部。再优选,所述旋流板63为多级设置且为上下串联布置方式,相邻的所述旋流板63之间距离范围为0.15〜1.5米。所述旋流筒62中心位置的旋流板63上部设有盲板8,所述盲板8的直径范围为0.1-0.2米,所述支撑板5设置在喷淋层4之上的I〜3米范围内。其中所述喷淋层4为多层且等距设置。旋流板63的叶片的材质分别选用耐酸不锈钢、加涂玻璃鳞片防腐层的碳钢、玻璃钢、PP和PVC中的一种,旋流筒62的材料为不锈钢、塑料等。
[0029] 如图2所示,深度净化器6为多个单元型排列组成。每个吸收塔I深度净化器的数量由吸收塔的直径确定,以最大数量的排布为准。每个深度净化器之间及净化器器与塔壁之间的空隙采用盲板8封堵。封堵的盲板8同时起到限位及固定的作用。
[0030] 如图3所示,深度净化器6为上下结构,下部为旋流板机械式除尘除雾结构,上部为紫外灯65加光触媒,旋流板63的级数以及紫外灯65的高度需要根据最终的净化效果确定。旋流板63中的叶片实现对烟气及烟气中微小颗粒物的运动方向的改变和加速,从而使烟气中小水滴和微小颗粒物形成湍流并充分撞击,使烟气中的细小液滴、细微粉尘颗粒、气溶胶等微小颗粒物互相碰撞团聚凝聚成大液滴。由于烟气通过旋流板63的叶片后其流动方式为在旋流筒62内旋转上升,烟气中的液滴在离心力的作用下从烟气中分离达到旋流筒62表面,再被旋流筒壁表面液膜捕获达到高效去除微小颗粒物。同时,内置于旋流筒62中心的紫外灯65释放紫外光,使得光触媒在紫外光的照射下具有脱除Ν0χ、ΝΗ3和气溶胶等污染物质的催化剂。

1.一种用于湿法脱硫吸收塔烟气深度净化的装置,包括底部设有浆池(2)的吸收塔(I),所述吸收塔(I)的侧壁顶部设有烟气出口(7),所述吸收塔(I)在高于浆池(2)液面高度的侧壁上设有烟气进口(3),其特征在于,所述烟气进口(3)和烟气出口(7)之间按照由下向上顺序设有喷淋层(4)和支撑板(5),所述支撑板(5)上设有若干个深度净化器(6),所述深度净化器(6)包括底部中心位置设有冲洗水管¢1)的旋流筒(62),所述旋流筒(62)的顶部中心位置设有紫外灯(65),所述冲洗水管¢1)上设有冲洗喷嘴¢4)和旋流板(63) ο
