Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种直线杆组合式绝缘横担,包括绝缘横担及连接于其上的安装座、紧线器、支撑架和绝缘绳,安装座和紧线器分别连接于绝缘横担的中部,安装座上有链条,支撑架有两个,其上有滑轮,分别连接于绝缘横担的两端,绝缘绳绕过紧线器后的两端分别经支撑架上滑轮的滑槽后垂下,末端连接有导线固定构件,安装座通过链条固定于直线杆上,紧线器将绝缘绳收紧提升导线。安装座、紧线器和支撑架与绝缘横担之间均为可拆卸连接。可先在地面将绝缘横担与紧线器、支撑架组装好形成整体件,在安装座单独传递至合适位置后与直线杆固定,再与绝缘横担的组装整体件连接。这样的分步安装,提高工作效率的同时降低劳动强度。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种配电线路上使用的绝缘横担,具体涉及一种直线杆组合式绝缘横担。
背景技术
[0002] 随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,客户对电力企业供电质量的要求也进一步提高。如何提升可靠供电水平,增加售电量,提高用户满意度,是电力企业的重要发展方向。
[0003] 2013年全年,由于设备使用年限久设备老化,大量直线杆单回线路横担锈蚀严重,需要及时进行更换。在娄底配电室开展的配网带电作业中,带电更换直线杆单回横担项目就有49次,平均作业时长为1.46小时。带电作业用绝缘横担作为临时支撑导线的辅助用具,其安装及拆除的时间在整个带电更换横担作业时间中占有很大比重,由于以往的一体式绝缘横担重量大,安装困难,所以造成带电作业时间久,作业人员劳动强度增高,安全系数低的情况。
实用新型内容

[0006] 所述安装座包括直线杆连接座、绝缘横担连接座,直线杆连接座包括联板和连接于其外侧的卡板,卡板的卡接面为圆弧形,绝缘横担连接座包括连接板和垂直连接其上的两块卡接板,绝缘横担连接座以连接板外侧水平垂直连接于联板内侧的上端与直线杆连接座形成一体。
[0007] 所述安装座还包括滑车挂环,滑车挂环的内端焊接于联板的内侧和连接板的下侧之间,其外端伸出连接板的内侧后开设有凹槽。
[0008] 所述绝缘横担连接座以两块卡接板夹住所述绝缘横担后通过螺栓固定。
[0009] 所述紧线器为棘轮紧线器,包括分别布置于所述滑车挂环两侧的两个棘轮扳手。
[0010] 所述支撑架为羊角型支撑架,包括两块平行布置的羊角型支撑板,它们的下端连接于所述绝缘横担的端部、上端通过一个U型夹连接为一体,所述滑轮连接于两羊角型支撑板之间的上部。

[0012] 所述链条的一端连接于所述直线杆连接座的联板上,另一端为自由端,联板上有用于卡接链条自由端的槽口。

[0014] 本实用新型的安装座、紧线器和支撑架与绝缘横担之间均为可拆卸连接,各部件分别加工制作后装配成一体,可在直线杆上分步安装,提高工作效率的同时降低劳动强度。绝缘横担采用环氧树脂材料制作,即保证有效绝缘又满足承载导线重量的足够机械强度。安装座采用铝合金材料制作,减轻重量,携带方便。由于配电线路一般空间尺寸较小,安装绝缘横担时可能与旧横担距离较近,导致在提升导线时不能满足带电作业要求,导线支撑杆用来满足足够的导线提升高度。采用棘轮扳手及绝缘绳组合形成紧线器,通过及棘轮扳手的省力功能轻松提升导线,使导线与旧横担分离并保持安全带电距离。在两个棘轮扳手之间设计一处滑车挂环,可用于放落旧横担及起吊新横担。

具体实施方式
[0019] 如图1至图4所示,本实施例公开了一种直线杆组合式绝缘横担,主要包括绝缘横担1、安装座2、紧线器3、支撑架4和绝缘绳5。安装座2、紧线器3和支撑架4与绝缘横担I之间均采用可拆卸的螺栓连接。
[0020] 绝缘横担I采用环氧树脂材料制作,即保证有效绝缘又满足承载导线重量的足够机械强度。
[0021] 安装座2包括直线杆连接座21、绝缘横担连接座22和滑车挂环23。直线杆连接座21包括联板211和连接于其外侧的卡板212,卡板212的卡接面为圆弧形。绝缘横担连接座22包括连接板221和垂直连接其上的两块卡接板222。绝缘横担连接座22以连接板221外侧水平垂直连接于联板211内侧的上端与直线杆连接座21形成一体。滑车挂环23的内端焊接于联板211的内侧和连接板221的下侧之间,其外端伸出连接板221的内侧后开设有凹槽。安装座2连接于绝缘横担I的中部:绝缘横担连接座22上的两块卡接板222卡住绝缘横担I后通过螺栓固定。滑车挂环23用于悬挂滑车,由于绝缘横担I安装在导线横担上方,滑车挂环23可放落旧横担及起吊新横担。为了减轻重量,安装座采用铝合金制作。
[0022] 支撑架4为羊角型支撑架,数量有两个,每个支撑架4包括两块平行布置的羊角型支撑板41,它们的下端可拆卸连接于绝缘横担I的端部、上端通过一个U型夹42连接为一体,两羊角型支撑板41之间的上部连接有滑轮43。
[0023] 紧线器3为棘轮紧线器,包括分别布置于滑车挂环23两侧的两个棘轮扳手。
[0024] 绝缘绳5绕过紧线器3后的两端分别经支撑架4上滑轮43的滑槽后垂下,末端连接有可开闭的闭式环6来固定导线。
[0025] 本组合式绝缘横担使用时的装配过程如下:先将安装座2、紧线器3和支撑架4与绝缘横担I在地面组装好;然后将装配好的组合通过安装座2及连接于其上的链条7固定于直线杆上,链条7的一端连接于安装座2直线杆连接座21的联板211上,另一端为自由端,联板211上有用于卡接链条4自由端的槽口。
[0026] 安装时安装座2的弧形卡接面套于直线杆的外壁,链条的自由端绕过直线杆的外壁后固定于安装座2上;然后将安装座2绝缘横担连接座22的两块卡接板222夹住绝缘横担I后通过螺栓固定。
[0027] 使用时通过棘轮扳手将绝缘绳收紧提升导线转移负荷后进行旧的绝缘横担更换。通过实验验证,使用本组合式绝缘横担带电更换直线杆横担差不多可以缩短一半的工作时间,在工作效率和人员劳动强度上,都能体现出采用本直线杆组合式绝缘横担作业的科学性和实用性。
Claims (9)
1.一种直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:它包括绝缘横担及连接于其上的安装座、紧线器、支撑架和绝缘绳,安装座和紧线器分别连接于绝缘横担的中部,安装座上有链条,支撑架有两个,其上有滑轮,分别连接于绝缘横担的两端,绝缘绳绕过紧线器后的两端分别经支撑架上滑轮的滑槽后垂下,末端连接有导线固定构件,安装座通过链条固定于直线杆上,紧线器将绝缘绳收紧提升导线;安装座、紧线器和支撑架与绝缘横担之间均为可拆卸连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:所述安装座包括直线杆连接座和绝缘横担连接座,直线杆连接座包括联板和连接于其外侧的卡板,卡板的卡接面为圆弧形,绝缘横担连接座包括连接板和垂直连接其上的两块卡接板,绝缘横担连接座以连接板外侧水平垂直连接于联板内侧的上端与直线杆连接座形成一体。
3.如权利要求2所述的直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:所述安装座还包括滑车挂环,滑车挂环的内端焊接于联板的内侧和连接板的下侧之间,其外端伸出连接板的内侧后开设有凹槽。
4.如权利要求2所述的直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:所述绝缘横担连接座以两块卡接板夹住所述绝缘横担后通过螺栓固定。
5.如权利要求3所述的直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:所述紧线器为棘轮紧线器,包括分别布置于所述滑车挂环两侧的两个棘轮扳手。
6.如权利要求1所述的直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:所述支撑架为羊角型支撑架,包括两块平行布置的羊角型支撑板,它们的下端连接于所述绝缘横担的端部、上端通过一个U型夹连接为一体,所述滑轮连接于两羊角型支撑板之间的上部。
7.如权利要求1所述的直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:所述绝缘绳两端的导线固定构件为可开闭的闭式环。
8.如权利要求2所述的直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:所述链条的一端连接于所述直线杆连接座的联板上,另一端为自由端,联板上有用于卡接链条自由端的槽口。
9.如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的直线杆组合式绝缘横担,其特征在于:所述绝缘横担采用环氧树脂材料制作,所述安装座采用铝合金材料制作。
