本实用新型涉及一种电力设备更换装置，尤其是一种500千伏耐张绝缘子串门型更换器。
背景技术：
在高压电线连接塔上常会使用耐张绝缘子串，由于外界环境的作用，绝缘子串的性能会不断劣化，因此，当绝缘子串使用一定时间后要及时更换。现在更换500千伏耐张绝缘子串时，要先使用托瓶架将绝缘子串托住，然后收紧导线，使绝缘子串失去张力，将绝缘子串卸下，用托瓶架将其下放到地面，然后再用托瓶架将绝缘子串托起，固定安装在导线与连接塔之间即可。这种方法中所使用的托瓶架十分重，再加上沉重的绝缘子串，所以更换起来十分不方便，而且费时费力。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型提供了一种500千伏耐张绝缘子串门型更换器，它结构简单，使用方便，省时省力，解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括门型架，在门型架的两个立杆内侧上端固连有四眼联板，在四眼联板的一侧固连有棘轮紧线器，棘轮紧线器上的钢丝绳与拉线夹连接；在四眼联板的另一侧挂接有轴二滑轮组；在所述门型架的两个立杆下端设有U形口。
本实用新型采用在门型架的两个立杆内侧上端固连四眼联板，在四眼联板的一侧固连棘轮紧线器，棘轮紧线器上的钢丝绳与拉线夹连接；在四眼联板的另一侧挂接轴二滑轮组，使得在更换绝缘子串过程中，操作方便灵活，省时省力。

具体实施方式：
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点，下面通过具体实施方式，并结合其附图，对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
如图中所示，本实用新型包括门型架1，在门型架1的两个立杆内侧上端固连有联板2，在联板2的一侧固连有棘轮紧线器3，棘轮紧线器3上的钢丝绳与拉线夹4连接；在联板2的另一侧挂接有轴二滑轮组5；在所述门型架1的两个立杆下端设有U形口6。
使用时，将门型架1两个立杆下端的U形口6固定在绝缘子串与导线之间的联板上，松动棘轮紧线器3上的钢丝绳，将拉线夹4套在导线上，然后收紧棘轮紧线器3上的钢丝绳，使得门型架1固定更牢固。然后松动轴二滑轮组5上的拉绳，使轴二滑轮组5下端与绝缘子串远离连接塔的一端固连，然后收紧导线，使绝缘子串失去张力，卸下轴二滑轮组5固连的绝缘子串这端，慢慢松动拉绳，将绝缘子串放下使其与地面垂直，然后卸下绝缘子串另一端，将其下放到地面上，同时利用旧绝缘子串的重量，将更换的新绝缘子串提升上去，先固定好其中的一端，然后利用轴二滑轮组5将绝缘子串另一端提到水平位置，将另一端固定好，此时松开导线，使绝缘子串重新获得张力，然后将轴二滑轮组5与绝缘子串松开，再松动棘轮紧线器3，将拉线夹4从导线上取下，最后将门型架1从联板上卸下即可完成更换。这个更换过程操作方便灵活，大大减少了工作者的劳动强度，省时省力。

1、一种500千伏耐张绝缘子串门型更换器，其特征在于：包括门型架，在门型架的两个立杆内侧上端固连有四眼联板，在四眼联板的一侧固连有棘轮紧线器，棘轮紧线器上的钢丝绳与拉线夹连接；在四眼联板的另一侧挂接有轴二滑轮组；在所述门型架的两个立杆下端设有U形口。
