[0002] 锥形截齿主要用于工程机械的矿采及采煤作业,其结构是在截齿体上设有硬质合金头,被称为截齿头,截齿头使用段时间后,由于不能再有效地对截齿主体起到保护作用,造成截齿体被过度的磨损,截齿主体没有完全发挥作用的情况下,就会致使截齿头过早脱落,造成截齿及截齿头的整体报废。此时,仍有相当部分的截齿头未被使用消耗,造成不必要的浪费,造成这种现象的主要原因就是因为,现有的截齿主体没有保护截齿头的关系,耐磨性不够强。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足提供一种结构合理简单、耐磨性强、使用寿命长的耐磨截齿。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨截齿,包括有截齿主体和固定在截齿主体前端部的截齿头,其中所述的截齿主体前端部的表面堆焊有合金颗粒层,所述的截齿头由锥形工作段和柱形连接段构成,锥形工作段由前端的凸曲面圆锥段与后端的凹曲面圆锥段构成,凸曲面圆锥段与后端的凹曲面圆锥段之间平滑过渡,凹曲面圆锥段与柱形连接段连接。
[0005] 进一步地,所述的合金颗粒层为2 — 5mm厚。
[0006] 进一步地,所述的截齿主体由前端的锥形段和后端的柱形连杆段构成,在所述锥形段的端部开有轴向盲孔,截齿头的柱形连接段插接在轴向盲孔内固定。
[0007] 本实用新型结构合理简单,使用方便,安全可靠。特别是,在截齿主体前端部的表面堆焊有合金颗粒层,使截齿耐冲击,提高了耐磨性,延长了使用寿命,经反复实验证明,其使用寿命比进口截齿长1.5倍以上,成本低于进口截齿,因使用寿命的延长,减少了因更换截齿需要停机而造成的停广损失。

[0011] —种耐磨截齿,包括有截齿主体3和固定在截齿主体3如έ而部的截齿头I,其中所述的截齿主体3由前端的锥形段3-1和后端的柱形连杆段3-2构成,在所述锥形段3-1的端部开有轴向盲孔,截齿主体3的材质可采用42crm0合金钢,所述的截齿主体锥形段3_1的端部的锥表面堆焊有合金颗粒层2,合金颗粒层2为2 — 5mm厚,合金颗粒2可采用Y G8 C合金,所述的截齿头I由锥形工作段和柱形连接段1-3构成,锥形工作段由前端的凸曲面圆锥段1-1与后端的凹曲面圆锥1-2段构成,凸曲面圆锥段1-1与后端的凹曲面圆锥段1-2之间平滑过渡,凹曲面圆锥段1-2与柱形连接段1-3连接,截齿头I的柱形连接段1-3插接在轴向盲孔内通过焊机将截齿头I与截齿主体3焊接在一起,截齿头I可采用硬质合金粉烧结后用模具夺铸成型。
