背景技术
管状电机外形是一种细长形的管状结构，由于其形状的特殊性，其内部的结构也不同于普通的电机，适用于在卷帘门窗，窗帘等一些电动控制的产品，其行程是由行程开关控制的，为了满足行程的控制精度，要求在开关断电时，克服其惯性立即停止转子的转动。现有技术采用设定在转子转轴上的两片刹车皮轴向端面上的摩擦进行刹车，由于结构上的原因，轴向端面比较小，而轴向的结构又不紧凑，刹车性能满足不了使用上的要求。

本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题，提出一种结构紧凑、刹车性能好的管状电机刹车装置。
本实用新型的一种管状电机刹车装置，它包括转子转轴，转子转轴上有转子铁芯，在转子铁芯旁有衔铁，其特征在于在衔铁旁有刹车下部，上述刹车下部的一端呈锥面，中间有刹车弹簧，在刹车下部旁有转子转轴的轴承座，轴承座中间有轴承，在轴承座上有与轴承座一体结构的锥面，在锥面上开有凹槽，凹槽内镶嵌刹车橡皮。
本实用新型的一种管状电机刹车装置，由于刹车下部的刹车面是一个锥面，并与轴承座一体结构的锥面上的刹车橡胶皮直接进行摩擦，代替了原有靠中间刹车片与刹车片两侧的刹车下部和刹车上部分别摩擦刹车的结构，具有刹车性能好，轴向结构紧凑的特点。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的一种管状电机刹车装置，它包括转子转轴1，转子转轴1上有转子铁芯2，在转子铁芯2旁有衔铁3，其特征在于在衔铁3旁有刹车下部4，上述刹车下部4的一端呈锥面，中间有刹车弹簧5，在刹车下部4旁有转子转轴1的轴承座7，轴承座7中间有轴承8，在轴承座7上有与轴承座7一体结构的锥面71，在锥面71上开有凹槽72，凹槽72内镶嵌刹车橡皮6。
