技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑止水防水用材料技术领域,具体地讲涉及一种应用于水利水电、隧道地铁、人防工事、地下建筑等工程中施工缝、变形缝、沉降缝的一种背贴式自粘塑料止水带。。
背景技术
在水利水电、隧道地铁、人防工事、地下建筑等工程中,为了防止水渗漏,普遍采用塑料止水带。目前所使用的塑料止水带,由于构成其结构的止水机构多为圆形结构,混凝土凝固时产生的收缩易使塑料止水带与下面的混凝土产生缝隙以及止水机构与混凝土收缩形成的裂缝极容易形成渗水,且上述裂缝的渗水问题长期以来没有得到很好的解决,导致上述建筑工程的使用难于满足要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的目的就是提供一种能够彻底解决由于混凝土收缩变形造成结合面产生缝隙导致渗水问题的背贴式自粘塑料止水带。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种背贴式自粘塑料止水带,其特征在于:由设置于塑料板两侧的搭接区、止水区和设置于其中部的能够伸长收缩的变形区构成,构成所述止水区的塑料板的侧部设置有至少两个凸肋,在所述的凸肋间的塑料板上设置有高分子自粘胶层。
构成上述背贴式自粘塑料止水带的附加技术特征还包括:
——构成所述变形区的结构为上部封口的“V”、“W”或“U”形孔结构;
——在构成构成所述变形区的结构为折叠形结构;
——在构成所述凸肋的底部设置有高分子自粘胶层;
——所述的高分子自粘胶层的表面设置有隔离膜。
本实用新型所提供的背贴式自粘塑料止水带与现有技术相比具有以下优点:其一,由于构成该止水带止水区的塑料板设置有至少两个凸肋,并在凸肋间设置有高分子自粘胶层,该凸肋不仅延长了渗水通道达到了延缓渗水速度目的,同时高分子自粘胶层将止水区和二衬混凝土牢固的粘结在一起,封闭了止水带与结构混凝土间的渗水通道的功能;其二,由于构成变形区的结构为上部封口的孔结构,不仅有效阻止了水泥浆、砂子和石子等进入变形槽,同时提高了止水带的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型提供的一种背贴式自粘塑料止水带的结构做进一步详细说明。
如图1、2所示,为本实用新型提供的背贴式自粘塑料止水带的结构示意图。其结构由设置于塑料板1两侧的搭接区21、22、止水区31、32和设置于其中部的能够伸长收缩上部封口的“U”(或W形8)或V形的变形区4构成,在构成上述两个止水区的塑料板上分别设置有两个凸肋51和52,在两个凸肋间的塑料板上设置有外侧面粘贴有隔离膜6的高分子自粘胶层7;同时当上述凸肋呈丁字形10(如图2所示)、三角形或梯形结构时,可以进一步提高其底部粘贴高分子自粘胶层的面积。
当施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处的渗漏水通过塑料部分1与二衬混凝土间的收缩裂缝向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处渗漏时,凸肋51和52延长了渗水通道,从而延缓了渗水速度。当渗漏水进一步向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处渗漏时,由于高分子自粘胶层将止水区和二衬混凝土牢固的粘结在一起,封闭了止水带与结构混凝土间的渗水通道,从而阻止了渗漏水向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝的进一步渗漏。由此实现了背贴式自粘塑料止水带进行止水的目标。
在构成上述背贴式自粘塑料止水带的结构中,
——构成变形区的结构为(如图3所示的)上部封口的折叠形11结构,其更能够提高该止水带的变形能力,以提高其使用寿命;
——在构成上述凸肋51和52的底部设置有高分子自粘胶层9,更能够提高止水带与二衬混凝土牢固的粘结,用以密封塑料部分与二衬混凝土间的收缩裂缝。

1.一种背贴式自粘塑料止水带,其特征在于:由设置于塑料板两侧的搭接区、止水区和设置于其中部的能够伸长收缩的变形区构成,构成所述止水区的塑料板设置有至少两个凸肋,在所述的凸肋间的塑料板上设置有高分子自粘胶层;所述的凸肋呈丁字形、三角形或梯形结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种背贴式自粘塑料止水带,其特征在于:构成所述变形区的结构为上部封口的“V”、“W”或“U”形孔结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种背贴式自粘塑料止水带,其特征在于:构成所述变形区的结构为折叠形结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种背贴式自粘塑料止水带,其特征在于:在构成所述凸肋的底部设置有高分子自粘胶层。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种背贴式自粘塑料止水带,其特征在于:所述的高分子自粘胶层的表面设置有隔离膜。
