本实用新型属于建筑止水防水用材料技术领域,公开了一种钢边自粘橡胶止水带。其主要技术特征为:包括橡胶带体,橡胶带体通过联接区与镀锌钢板相连接,所述镀锌钢板的上面或/和下面设置有高分子自粘胶层,高分子自粘胶层的表面设置有隔离膜。本实用新型提供的钢边自粘橡胶止水带,当渗漏水通过橡胶带体与结构混凝土间的收缩裂缝渗漏时,由于高分子自粘胶层将镀锌钢板和结构混凝土牢固的粘结在一起,同时由于橡胶带体与镀锌钢板采用一体硫化工艺联接在一起,封闭了止水带与结构混凝土间的渗水通道,从而阻止了渗漏水向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝的渗漏,由此实现了钢边自粘橡胶止水带进行止水的目标。

技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑止水防水用材料技术领域,具体的讲涉及一种应用于水利水电、隧道地铁、人防工事、地下建筑等工程中施工缝、变形缝、沉降缝的钢边自粘橡胶止水带。
背景技术
在水利水电、隧道地铁、人防工事、地下建筑等工程中,为了防止水渗漏,普遍采用钢边橡胶止水带。钢边橡胶止水带包括橡胶带体,橡胶带体通过联接区与镀锌钢板相连接,使用时将钢边橡胶止水带直接设置在混凝土中。这种钢边橡胶止水带由于结构的原因,混凝土收缩形成的裂缝渗水问题长期以来没有得到很好的解决。混凝土凝固时产生的收缩易使钢边橡胶止水带与下面的混凝土产生缝隙,从而导致变形缝漏水。图1为钢边橡胶止水带实际应用示意图,橡胶带体1通过联接区2与镀锌钢板3相连接,从图1中可见,由于混凝土4的干燥收缩,混凝土4与钢边橡胶止水带的结合面产生裂缝5,形成一条渗水通道。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题就是提供一种彻底解决由于混凝土收缩变形造成结合面产生缝隙而渗水问题的钢边自粘橡胶止水带。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案为:包括橡胶带体,橡胶带体通过联接区与镀锌钢板相连接,所述镀锌钢板的上面或/和下面设置有高分子自粘胶层,高分子自粘胶层的表面设置有隔离膜。
其附加技术特征为:所述的高分子自粘胶层设置在镀锌钢板的中部;
所述的联接区呈鸭舌形、三角形或梯形;
所述的橡胶带体设置有带有变形孔的变形区;
所述的变形孔的形状呈中心为圆孔外侧为圆形、中心为圆孔外侧为方形、中心为方孔外侧为圆形或中心为方孔外侧为方形。
本实用新型提供的钢边自粘橡胶止水带,镀锌钢板的上面或/和下面设置有高分子自粘胶层,高分子自粘胶层的表面设置有隔离膜。当施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处的渗漏水通过橡胶带体与结构混凝土间的收缩裂缝向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处渗漏时,联接区延长了渗水通道,从而延缓了渗水速度。当渗漏水进一步向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处渗漏时,由于高分子自粘胶层将镀锌钢板和结构混凝土牢固的粘结在一起,同时由于橡胶带体与镀锌钢板采用一体硫化工艺联接在一起,封闭了止水带与结构混凝土间的渗水通道,从而阻止了渗漏水向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝的进一步渗漏,由此实现了钢边自粘橡胶止水带进行止水的目标。根据需要,高分子自粘胶层设置在镀锌钢板的中部,而联接区可以呈鸭舌形、三角形或梯形。在变形缝上使用时,橡胶带体设置有带有变形孔的变形区,变形孔的形状呈中心为圆孔外侧为圆形、中心为圆孔外侧为方形、中心为方孔外侧为圆形或中心为方孔外侧为方形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型所提出的钢边自粘橡胶止水带的结构做进一步说明。
如图1所示,现有技术的钢边橡胶止水带包括橡胶带体1,橡胶带体1通过联接区2与镀锌钢板3相连接,混凝土4与钢边橡胶止水带的结合面产生裂缝5,形成一条渗水通道。
如图2所示,本实用新型提供的在施工缝用的第一种结构的钢边自粘橡胶止水带包括橡胶带体1,橡胶带体1通过联接区2与镀锌钢板3相连接,镀锌钢板3的上面和下面设置有高分子自粘胶层6,高分子自粘胶层6的表面设置有隔离膜7,高分子自粘胶层6设置在镀锌钢板3的中部,联接区2呈鸭舌形。
如图3所示,本实用新型提供的在变形缝用的第二种结构钢边自粘橡胶止水带包括橡胶带体1,橡胶带体1通过联接区2与镀锌钢板3相连接,橡胶带体1设置有带有变形孔8的变形区9,变形孔8的形状呈中心为圆孔外侧为圆形,镀锌钢板3的上面和下面设置有高分子自粘胶层6,高分子自粘胶层6的表面设置有隔离膜7,高分子自粘胶层6设置在镀锌钢板3的中部,联接区2呈鸭舌形。
如图4所示,高分子自粘胶层6将镀锌钢板3和结构混凝土4牢固的粘结在一起。
本实用新型提供的钢边自粘橡胶止水带,当施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处的渗漏水通过橡胶带体1与结构混凝土4间的收缩裂缝向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处渗漏时,联接区2延长了渗水通道,从而延缓了渗水速度。当渗漏水进一步向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝处渗漏时,由于高分子自粘胶层6将镀锌钢板3和结构混凝土4牢固的粘结在一起,同时由于橡胶带体1与镀锌钢板3采用一体硫化工艺联接在一起,封闭了止水带与结构混凝土4间的渗水通道,从而阻止了渗漏水向施工缝、变形缝和沉降缝的进一步渗漏,由此实现了钢边自粘橡胶止水带进行止水的目标。根据需要,高分子自粘胶层6设置在镀锌钢板3的中部,而联接区2可以呈鸭舌形、三角形或梯形。在变形缝上使用时,橡胶带体1设置有带有变形孔8的变形区9,变形孔8的形状呈中心为圆孔外侧为圆形、中心为圆孔外侧为方形、中心为方孔外侧为圆形或中心为方孔外侧为方形。
本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅局限于上述实施例,只要结构与本实用新型钢边自粘橡胶止水带结构相同,就落在本实用新型保护的范围内。

1.一种钢边自粘橡胶止水带,包括橡胶带体,橡胶带体通过联接区与镀锌钢板相连接,其特征在于:所述镀锌钢板的上面或/和下面设置有高分子自粘胶层,高分子自粘胶层的表面设置有隔离膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢边自粘橡胶止水带,其特征在于:所述的高分子自粘胶层设置在镀锌钢板的中部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢边自粘橡胶止水带,其特征在于:所述的联接区呈鸭舌形、三角形或梯形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢边自粘橡胶止水带,其特征在于:所述的橡胶带体设置有带有变形孔的变形区。
