背景技术
带式输送装置是一种通过摩擦驱动连续运输物料的机械。它可以将物料从最初的供料点输送到最终的卸料点,形成一种物料的输送流程。目前，带式输送装置由于对皮带的保护措施不够完善，使得皮带上有残留异物，对皮带有腐蚀硬化的缺点，大大缩减了皮带的使用寿命，造成了一些不必要的经济损失。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种可清除皮带残留异物的带式输送装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是这样实现的：一种带式输送装置，包括主动辊、传动带轮、运输托辊、回程托辊、运输皮带、强力风机、风机支撑架、伸缩装置、清洁刷和从动辊，其特征在于：所述主动辊和从动辊上套有运输皮带，主动辊外侧端设有传动带轮；所述运输皮带上行面下方设有运输托辊，其下行面下方设有回程托辊；所述运输皮带下方靠近从动辊处设有清洁刷，清洁刷底部安装有伸缩装置，清洁刷一侧面设有固定在风机支撑架上的强力风机，该强力风机正对清洁刷位置倾斜设置。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果在于：由于运输皮带回程中设有清洁刷和强力风机，可以清扫运输皮带上的异物，防止对运输皮带的腐蚀硬化，增长了运输皮带的使用寿命。

根据附图1所示，一种带式输送装置，包括主动辊1、传动带轮2、运输托辊3、回程托辊4、运输皮带5、强力风机6、风机支撑架7、伸缩装置8、清洁刷9和从动辊10。主动辊1和从动辊10上套有运输皮带5，主动辊1外侧端设有传动带轮2；运输皮带5上行面下方设有运输托辊3，其下行面下方设有回程托辊4；运输皮带5下方靠近从动辊10处设有清洁刷9，清洁刷9底部安装有伸缩装置8，清洁刷9一侧面设有固定在风机支撑架7上的强力风机6，该强力风机6正对清洁刷9位置倾斜设置。
工作时，传动带轮2通过动力装置获得机械能而转动，转动过程带动主动辊1转动，主动辊1通过运输皮带5带动从动辊10转动，在回程中，根据运输皮带5的张紧情况，可通过伸缩装置8调节清洁刷9的高低，使清洁刷9清扫运输皮带5上的异物，然后，强力风机6吹去清扫过后的一些异物。
