为达到降本增效的原则，从8#39500T船开始整吊吊耳需重复利用一次，吊耳回收经修割妥后必须保证外观完好，无扭曲变形，经相关检验人员检验合格后方可使用。而整吊吊耳总长近4米左右、并且每间距400mm双面焊有三角板、三角板与吊耳板带有角度。此类情况存在对吊耳的切割余量的划线、余量的切割（手工切割）产生了较大困难，不能满足吊耳经修割后达到使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种整吊吊耳修割工装，能够满足吊耳二次利用光的修割，减少了打磨、修补的工作量，降低了动能消耗，缩短了近三分之一的修割周期，提高了工作效率。
