本实用新型公开了一种LED灯,尤其涉及一种无风扇LED射灯,包括LED模块,用于驱动所述LED模块的电源,用于容设LED模块的散热器,与散热器连接的底座,与底座连接的灯头,灯头用于连接外部电路,散热器设有多个翅片,相邻的翅片之间设有间隔槽,散热器另设有沟槽,沟槽连通间隔槽;通过特殊的散热器设计结构,取消原有用于散热的风扇,大大降低了风扇带来的噪音干扰,同时亦可节省风扇所消耗的电能,减小LED射灯的体积进而降低占用安装空间的大小。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种无风扇LED射灯。
背景技术
随着节能降耗的普及和推广,LED灯得到大范围的使用,现有大功率PAR30射灯 35W LED商业用照明射灯,由于其光亮度可以替代店铺照明传统使用的75W金卤灯,在国内得到大量应用。
目前市面上的PAR30 35W LED射灯使用时会产生大量的热量,需要安装风扇散热才能正常工作,而风扇在运转时会产生噪音干扰。
 另,风扇的防尘特性比较差,随着使用时间的增加,噪音会越来越大,转速也会越来越小,进而影响风扇的散热效果,导致LED PAR30射灯存在严重的质量隐患。
此外,LED PAR30射灯灯具内部温度较高,而风扇内部高温特性又比较差,如此,风扇的正常使用寿命也会缩短,直接导致LED PAR30 35W射灯使用寿命降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种无风扇LED射灯,具有噪音小,体积小且节能的优点。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的一种无风扇LED射灯,包括LED模块,用于驱动所述LED模块的电源,用于容设所述LED模块的散热器,与所述散热器连接的底座,与所述底座连接的灯头,所述散热器设有多个翅片,相邻的所述翅片之间设有间隔槽,所述散热器另设有沟槽,所述沟槽连通所述间隔槽。
进一步,所述沟槽为闭合的环形结构。
进一步,所述沟槽深度小于所述间隔槽深度。
进一步,所述翅片沿靠近所述LED模块的方向宽度逐渐增加。
进一步,相邻的所述翅片的形状结构不相同。
进一步,形状结构相同的二所述翅片之间仅设有一所述翅片。
进一步,每一所述翅片的侧壁呈圆弧状结构。
进一步,所述间隔槽朝靠近所述LED模块的方向设有贯通所述散热器的通孔。
进一步,所述散热器为纯铝材质。
进一步,所述LED射灯更设有透镜模块及外环,所述透镜模块设置于所述LED模块的出光侧,所述外环将所述透镜模块安装于所述散热器。
本实用新型的有益效果:通过特殊的散热器设计结构,取消原有用于散热的风扇,大大降低了风扇带来的噪音干扰,同时亦可节省风扇所消耗的电能,减小LED射灯的体积进而降低占用安装空间的大小。本实用新型的无风扇LED射灯具有噪音小,体积小且节能的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型进行详细的描述。
请参阅图1和图2所示,本实用新型的一种无风扇LED射灯,包括LED模块1,用于驱动所述LED模块1的电源2,用于容设所述LED模块1的散热器3,与所述散热器3连接的底座4,与所述底座4连接的灯头5,所述灯头5用于连接外部电路,设置于所述LED模块1出光侧的透镜模块6,将所述透镜模块6封装在所述散热器3上的外环7。
请参阅图3和图4所示,所述散热器3大致呈圆锥形,其包括筒状基部30及设于所述基部30一端的盘状收容部31,所述散热器3设有一安装孔31用于安装所述底座4,所述散热器3具有一收容腔310用于容设所述LED模块1。
请参阅图4和图5所示,所述散热器3设有多个翅片32用以增大所述散热器3与空气的接触面积,所述翅片32自所述基部30朝远离所述基部30中心线的位置凸设而成并连接至所述收容部31,相邻的所述翅片32的形状结构不相同,形状结构相同的二所述翅片32之间仅设有一所述翅片32,用以保证每一所述间隔槽33沿靠近所述LED模块1的方向宽度均匀不变,其中一种所述翅片32沿靠近所述LED模块1的方向其宽度逐渐增加,即所述翅片32越靠近所述收容部31其宽度也就越大,每一所述翅片32的侧壁均呈圆弧状结构以进一步增加所述散热器3与所述空气的接触面积。
请参阅图5和图6所示,相邻的所述翅片32之间形成间隔槽33,相邻的所述翅片32的形状结构不相同用以保证每一所述间隔槽33沿靠近所述LED模块1的方向宽度保持不变,从而保证所述间隔槽33内空气流动的连续性,所述间隔槽33沿靠近所述LED模块1的方向设有贯通所述散热器3的通孔34,所述通孔34使得所述收容部31前后两端的空气更容易发生热对流,提高所述散热器3的散热效率。
请参阅图3、图4和图5所示,所述散热器3另设有沟槽35,所述沟槽35设在所述翅片32上靠近所述收容部31的一端并连通所述间隔槽33,优选地,所述沟槽35为闭合的环形结构,保证所述沟槽35与每一所述间隔槽33均互相连通;所述沟槽35深度小于所述间隔槽33深度用以保证所述散热器3具有足够的强度。
所述LED射灯装配过程如下:
请参阅图1、图2和图3所示,所述电源2装入所述安装孔300中的预设位置,所述灯头5与所述底座4组装在一起并安装至所述安装孔300;所述透镜模块6设置于所述LED模块1的出光侧,所述外环7固定在所述散热器3上密封所述透镜模块6并防止其脱落。
本实用新型LED射灯的所述电源2采用非隔离开关电源,其工作效率达到90%以上,大大降低热损耗,另外,所述电源2的所有元件均采用耐温130度的高温元件,可有效解决供电和本身温度承受特性。
针对所述LED模块1的灯珠,采用飞利浦3535灯珠,该灯珠具有发光效率高、发热低的特性,且其耐受温度最高可达150度。
针对所述散热器3的材质方面,采用高导热纯铝1070,其本身自重394g,蓄热重量达550g,蓄热能力可以最大满足LED射灯的蓄热设计。另外,所述散热器3增设多个所述翅片32用以增加散热面积,通过在所述散热器3表面设置彼此互相连通的所述间隔槽33、所述通孔34及所述沟槽35,进一步采用热虹吸管、热对流原理,加速表面热空气流动,从而加快散热,保证散热的有效性和热稳定性。
此外,在工艺部分,采用高导热率铝基板和高导热3.0导热膏,灯珠焊锡亦采用高导热锡膏,进一步增加所述LED射灯的散热效率。
综上所述可知本实用新型乃具有以上所述的优良特性,得以令其在使用上,增进以往技术中所未有的效能而具有实用性,成为一极具实用价值的产品。

Claims (10)

1.一种无风扇LED射灯,包括LED模块,用于驱动所述LED模块的电源,用于容设所述LED模块的散热器,与所述散热器连接的底座,与所述底座连接的灯头,其特征在于:所述散热器设有多个翅片,相邻的所述翅片之间设有间隔槽,所述散热器另设有沟槽,所述沟槽连通所述间隔槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:所述沟槽为闭合的环形结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:所述沟槽深度小于所述间隔槽深度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:所述翅片沿靠近所述LED模块的方向宽度逐渐增加。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:相邻的所述翅片的形状结构不相同。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:形状结构相同的二所述翅片之间仅设有一所述翅片。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:每一所述翅片的侧壁呈圆弧状结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:所述间隔槽朝靠近所述LED模块的方向设有贯通所述散热器的通孔。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:所述散热器为纯铝材质。
10.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇LED射灯,其特征在于:所述无风扇LED射灯设有透镜模块及外环,所述透镜模块设置于所述LED模块的出光侧,所述外环将所述透镜模块安装于所述散热器。
