Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种集成墙体系统,包括墙框骨架,其由多根横向龙骨以及多根纵向龙骨交错连接而成,还设有与建筑物主体连接固定的安装龙骨,安装龙骨与横向龙骨及纵向龙骨的一者或两者通过粘结胶粘接以及螺钉锚接固定;墙框骨架两侧面与罩面纤维板通过粘结胶粘接以及螺钉锚接实现连接固定,罩面纤维板之间填注有水泥基轻质浆料。墙框骨架为墙体后续制作提供长久安全牢固的结实基础,在墙体框架粘结及钉锚固定罩面纤维板或装饰纤维板,将水泥基轻质填注浆料灌注填充入墙体框腔内与水泥基纤维粘胶和抗裂增强纤维网交织相粘,粘结凝固成具有抗压、防变形、抗开裂、防火耐火、保温隔热、长久安全稳固的轻质实心集成墙体。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种墙体系统,尤其是一种集多功能于一体,绿色、环保、节能建筑隔墙的长久性集成墙体系统。
背景技术
[0002]目前建筑隔墙领域中,墙体结构主要有三大类,例如:

[0004] 二、加气混凝土砌块和水泥砂浆、塑料泡沫复合制成的墙板,采用水泥粘结砂浆粘结拼装成的墙体。
[0005] 三、纸面石膏板,硅酸钙板,纤维水泥板等板材,由轻钢龙自攻螺丝拼装构成的中空墙体。其中空填充由岩棉块、玻璃棉等构成的软质填充材料,或在现场由塑料泡沫混合水泥砂浆或化学发泡混凝土浆料浇注到墙体中填充构成的墙体。但在实际使用中,第一二类墙体体质重,耗能大,劳动生产效率低,占用空间大,墙体工艺繁杂,施工环境污染大,墙体质量很难控制。而第三类墙体存在的老大难问题,是龙骨的热桥传递和遇到潮湿和环境变化时,墙体容易出现松散分离,变形开裂装饰层脱落,使用寿命短等影响墙体质量与结构安全的技术性难题。

[0006] 为了解决节能墙体技术难题,本实用新型的目的就是提供一种建筑节能隔墙的集成墙体结构系统,解决墙体材料技术应用、建筑隔墙结构抗震,墙体保温隔热,墙体节能降耗,轻钢结构骨架的热桥传递,墙体防火性能,墙体稳定性能,牢固安全性能,墙体装饰长久固定和建筑隔墙节能降耗施工规范等技术应用问题。

[0017] 本实用新型的有益效果是:将轻钢龙骨交错连接组装成纵横夹固轻钢结构墙框骨架,与建筑主体粘锚固定成骨架墙体具有夹固力强,整体稳定性好,能够满足整个墙体载重和墙体加固的支撑体系,为墙体后续制作提供长久安全牢固的结实基础。应用水泥基纤维粘结胶和锚固件将抗裂增强纤维网粘结、锚固在轻钢结构墙框骨架上,夹固成设有各种网格的墙体抗裂框架,在墙体框架罩面粘结固定罩面纤维板或装饰纤维板,将可调容重的水泥基纤维浆料与制泡混泡浆料合成水泥基轻质填注浆料,灌注填充入墙体框腔内与水泥基纤维粘胶和抗裂增强纤维网交织相粘,粘结凝固成具有抗压、防变形、抗开裂、防火耐火、保温隔热、长久安全稳固的轻质实心集成墙体。而且整个墙体的热传性较低,为了防止因轻钢龙骨金属材料产生热桥传递,影响墙体隔热保温效果,对纵横夹固轻钢结构墙框的纵向龙骨再进一步优化,在纵向龙骨连接固定之间设置隔热固定体系,有效阻断纵向龙骨在墙体结构中的热桥传递。因此本实用新型是绿色环保建设中建筑节能降耗墙体的集成隔墙系统,并且具有多种功能的一体化轻质实心集成墙体。更有利于以后对墙体材料的整体回收和再生利用,为以后的社会发展节约更多宝贵资源。

具体实施方式
[0025] 参照图1至图3,一种集成墙体系统,其中包括由纵向及横向的轻钢龙骨纵横夹装组成穿插夹固轻钢结构墙框骨架,还设有与建筑物主体连接固定的安装龙骨4,安装龙骨4与横向龙骨I及纵向龙骨2的一者或两者固定连接,墙框骨架两侧面设有同时使用粘结与锚固技术将罩面纤维板3与墙框骨架固定形成稳固的空腔墙体,而为了加强本实施例的安全稳固性能,加入了抗裂增强纤维网7,在抗裂增强纤维网7粘上水泥基纤维粘结胶,随后在墙体空腔内与灌注进入墙体空腔内填注的水泥基轻质浆料5,相互粘结凝固成一个整体,并且将纵横夹固轻钢结构墙框骨架整体粘结锚固连接在建筑主体结构表面,这就能将整个集成墙体系统安全稳固长久固定在建筑主体上。

1.一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:包括墙框骨架,其由多根横向龙骨(I)以及多根纵向龙骨(2)交错连接而成,还设有与建筑物主体连接固定的安装龙骨(4),安装龙骨(4)与横向龙骨(I)及纵向龙骨(2)的一者或两者通过粘结胶粘接以及螺钉锚接固定;墙框骨架两侧面与罩面纤维板(3)通过粘结胶粘接以及螺钉锚接实现连接固定,罩面纤维板(3)之间填注有水泥基轻质浆料(5 )。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:所述纵向龙骨(2)截面呈U型,相对的纵向龙骨(2)之间通过连接件连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:所述连接件为设有隔热功能的结构螺杆,所述结构螺杆由螺杆(6)以及套装与螺杆(6)外的隔热外层组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:所述横向龙骨(I)与纵向龙骨(2)之间交错穿插后通过螺钉锚接及粘胶粘结连接固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:安装龙骨(4)与横向龙骨(I)及纵向龙骨(2)的一者或两者通过螺钉锚接及粘胶粘结连接固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:安装龙骨(4)与建筑物主体通过螺钉锚接及粘胶粘结连接固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:所述罩面纤维板(3)内侧与墙框骨架之间固定有抗裂增强纤维网(7 )。
8.根据权利要求1或7的任一权利要求所述的一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:所述罩面纤维板(3)替换为水泥基硬质基本护层(8),水泥基硬质基本护层(8)是由纤维网或纤维布中填注水泥基纤维粘结胶后固化而成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种集成墙体系统,其特征在于:所述硬质基本护层(8)的外表面粘有装饰纤维板(9)或装饰层。
