背景技术
现有的螺旋槽丝锥,如图1所示,其包括柄部1和刃部2,刃部2的外径大于柄部1的外径,刃部2上设有多个排屑槽3,排屑槽3呈螺旋形,排屑槽3与轴线形成一个恒定的夹角α,排屑槽3呈粗细一致的槽状,排屑槽3底部的断面呈U形,切屑通过排屑槽3向后排出。由于排屑槽3呈粗细一致的槽状,所以切屑缺乏由前向后的推力,加上排屑槽3底部的U形断面,更加重了排屑的阻力,造成切屑粘连在槽底,导致丝锥受损而无法使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有螺旋槽丝锥由于排屑不畅而损坏丝锥的缺陷,发明一种可使切屑快速排出避免丝锥受损的变角度螺旋槽丝锥。

本实用新型用于加工内螺纹孔。本实用新型可以有不同数量的排屑槽,排屑槽可以有不同大小的螺旋角度β和γ。针对不同的加工对象,可选用相匹配的丝锥,使其更好地向后排屑,避免切屑向后拉伤已加工好的螺纹表面。由于丝锥的前段排屑槽有着较大的螺旋角度,所以加大了向后排屑的轴向分力,使排屑更加顺利,而后段排屑槽螺旋角度减小,使排屑的速度加快,螺纹攻丝的效果更为显著。经过试验,在加工不锈钢等粘性材料过程中,现有的螺旋槽丝锥很容易粘料而拉伤已加工好的螺纹表面,损伤丝锥牙形,而本实用新型能顺利向后排屑,切屑呈螺旋状快速流出,不仅提升加工件的品质,还大大提高丝锥的使用寿命。
