背景技术
高速轴制动摩擦片是风力发电机中一个不可或缺的组成零件,其性能直接影响着风力发电的可靠性和安全性,并间接影响着风力发电的效率,在风力发电机中起着重要的作用。由于能源危机和燃料价格不断上涨,近年来大功率的风力发电机不断出现,对高速轴制动摩擦片的性能要求也越来越高,通常为了提高摩擦片强度,摩擦片由摩擦层材料和普通低碳钢背板压制烧结在一起。但是,制动片在紧急情况下承受的冲击较大,所以摩擦片常出现因冲击过大而损坏的现象,主要是由于摩擦片与作为背板的铁板联接强度不够。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结合强度高,耐冲击的风力发电机轴强力制动片。
本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是采用摩擦块、过渡板和背板构成风力发电机轴强力制动片,摩擦块、过渡板和背板由上而下放置,摩擦块开有上通孔,过渡板开有中通孔,背板上开有下通孔,上通孔、中通孔和下通孔位置对应,有二到四组,摩擦块上通孔的上部有上凹窝,背板下通孔的下部有下凹窝,每组上通孔、中通孔和下通孔穿有一根铆钉,过渡板的上下表面均有镀铜层,过渡板的底面开有横向凹槽,背板上面有与横向凹槽位置对应的横向凸棱。
其中过渡板和背板以低碳钢为材料制成,摩擦块是粉末冶金摩擦材料,制造过程是用铆钉将摩擦块、过渡板和背板固定为一体,此时横向凸棱在横向凹槽内,再进行烧结,过渡板上的铜在烧结过程中进入到凹槽及上通孔、中通孔和下通孔内,提高了产品烧结后的强度。
本实用新型整体强度可以得到保证,连接强度高、耐冲击,装配灵活,能够满足高性能要求的风电高速轴制动摩擦片的要求。

本实用新型由摩擦块1、过渡板2和背板3构成,摩擦块1、过渡板2和背板3由上而下放置,摩擦块1开有上通孔4,过渡板2开有中通孔6,背板3上开有下通孔7,上通孔4、中通孔6和下通孔7位置对应,共为四组,摩擦块1上通孔4的上部有上凹窝5,背板3下通孔7的下部有下凹窝8,每组上通孔4、中通孔6和下通孔7穿有一根铆钉9,过渡板2的上下表面均有镀铜层10,过渡板2的底面开有横向凹槽11,背板3上面有与横向凹槽11位置对应的横向凸棱12。
