本实用新型涉及焊接操作工装，尤其涉及一种焊工培训用焊接操作架。
背景技术
在海洋石油工程建造过程中，由于海洋石油钢结构的特殊性，海洋石油钢结构焊接操作，焊接操作人员需经过专门的焊接操作培训。培训时，多采用6G位置，即：将圆管倾斜45°、平板对接、角焊缝对接、T型接头对接。由于现有的焊接操作培训没用专用的工装焊接操作架，只能是现场有什么架，就用什么，尤其是对于倾斜45°圆管焊接，很难保障焊接培训的质量，也很不规范。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺点，而提供一种焊工培训用焊接操作架，其不仅能够将培训焊工焊接用的工装标准化，便于焊工日常培训、考试使用；而且，保障了焊接培训的质量，规范了培训焊工焊接用的工装。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案实现的：
一种焊工培训用焊接操作架，其特征在于：包括：一底座、安装在底座上的主支撑、安装在主支撑顶部的水平支架、安装在主支撑与水平支架之间的倾斜支架。
所述主支撑为圆管。
所述倾斜支架的倾斜角度为：45°。
所述底座为圆形。
所述水平支架、倾斜支架均为槽钢制成。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型由于采用上述技术方案，其不仅能够将培训焊工焊接用的工装标准化，便于焊工日常培训、考试使用；而且，保障了焊接培训的质量，规范了培训焊工焊接用的工装。

具体实施方式
如图1—图3所示，本实用新型包括：一底座4、采用焊接方式安装在底座4上的主支撑3、采用焊接方式安装在主支撑3顶部的水平支架2、采用焊接方式安装在主支撑3与水平支架2之间的倾斜支架1，其中，主支撑3为圆管；倾斜支架1的倾斜角度为：45°；底座4为：圆形。
上述水平支架2、倾斜支架1均为槽钢制成。
实际使用时，将圆管试件直接套装在倾斜支架1上，平板对接、角焊缝对接、T型接头对接，可直接点焊在水平支架2上，满足了各种焊接位置、焊接形式的焊接试件。

5.根据权利要求1或3所述的焊工培训用焊接操作架，其特征在于：所述水平支架、倾斜支架均为槽钢制成。
