背景技术：
目前，在油井水泥降失水剂生产过程中，从烘干到粉碎，物料的输送都是由人工来完成，不但费力费时，影响生产效率，而且因在搬运和粉碎物料过程中易产生大量的扬尘，既浪费原料又污染环境。
发明内容：                                                     
本实用新型的目的是提供一种自动化程度高、能有效防止产生扬尘的油井水泥降失水剂烘干粉碎输送装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，油井水泥降失水剂烘干粉碎输送装置，它包括有一台烘干机和一台粉碎机，其特征在于：在烘干机的出料嘴下方安装有一个接料斗，接料斗出口密封连接在一个斜立式绞龙输送机的进料口上，在斜立式绞龙输送机的出料口端向下密封连接有一个物料缓冲箱，在物料缓冲箱下方的机架上安装有一个卧式绞龙输送机，卧式绞龙输送机的接料口与物料缓冲箱的锥形下料口密封对接，卧式绞龙输送机的出料口与粉碎机的进料口密封对接。在斜立式绞龙输送机的进料口端设有一组粉碎棒。
本实用新型通过两次螺旋输送，将物料由烘干机出料口密封输送到粉碎机，具有自动化程度高，既提高生产效率、又防止环境污染。

结合附图详细描述实施例，它包括有一台烘干机1和一台粉碎机7，在烘干机的出料嘴下方安装有一个接料斗2，接料斗出口密封连接在一个斜立式绞龙输送机4的进料口上，在斜立式绞龙输送机的出料口端向下密封连接有一个物料缓冲箱5，在物料缓冲箱下方的机架8上安装有一个卧式绞龙输送机6，卧式绞龙输送机的接料口与物料缓冲箱的锥形下料口密封对接，卧式绞龙输送机的出料口与粉碎机的进料口密封对接。为了提高物料初步破碎率，在斜立式绞龙输送机的进料口端设有一组粉碎棒3。上述的物料缓冲箱，不但可使物料暂时储存，而且当储存到一定量后即时开启卧式绞龙输送机将物料输送到粉碎机内进行粉碎，提高粉碎机的工作效率。

1.油井水泥降失水剂烘干粉碎输送装置，它包括有一台烘干机和一台粉碎机，其特征在于：在烘干机的出料嘴下方安装有一个接料斗，接料斗出口密封连接在一个斜立式绞龙输送机的进料口上，在斜立式绞龙输送机的出料口端向下密封连接有一个物料缓冲箱，在物料缓冲箱下方的机架上安装有一个卧式绞龙输送机，卧式绞龙输送机的接料口与物料缓冲箱的锥形下料口密封对接，卧式绞龙输送机的出料口与粉碎机的进料口密封对接。
