技术领域
本实用新型主要涉及医疗护理用品技术领域，更确切地说涉及一种医用吸收垫。
背景技术
医用敷料是用以覆盖伤口或其他损害的医用材料，传统方式对伤口的处理主要是用纱布覆盖来吸收创面的渗出液和防止脏东西的侵入而引起感染，这种材料易产生纱布与伤口粘连，目前有使用针刺无纺布复合隔离膜来解决与伤口粘连问题，但是普通的吸收垫吸收液体不均匀，一部分吸收饱和另一部分没有吸收到，特别是渗出液较多时，吸收的不均匀易造成漏液或频繁更换现象，这种既降低了吸收垫的吸收性能，也增加了使用成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是克服现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种导流效果号，且可防止漏液的医用吸收垫。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题：一种医用吸收垫，包括吸收层及以热贴合方式与其粘结在一起的防粘层，所述医用吸收垫上形成有圆角正方形压痕导流槽，所述压痕导流槽的深度小于所述吸收垫厚度的3/4，所述圆角正方形的边长为a，所述圆角正方形圆角半径为R，其中，5mm≤a≤10mm，0<R≤a/2。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过对医用吸收垫的导流槽结构改进，增加了表面体积比和导流作用来实现吸收导流均匀，液体到达网面后，先由凹陷的导流槽疏散到平面的各个方向，然后比较均匀的将液体分散到吸收层里，最终实现了更好的导流效果，并防止了漏液。

具体实施方式
实施例1
请参阅图1～图2，本实用新型医用吸收垫9包括吸收层1及以热贴合方式与其粘结在一起的防粘层2，所述医用吸收垫9上形成有圆角正方形压痕导流槽3，所述压痕导流槽3的深度小于所述吸收垫厚度的3/4，所述圆角正方形的边长为a，所述圆角正方形圆角半径为R，其中，5mm≤a≤10mm，0<R≤a/2。在本实施例中，所述吸收层1由纺粘纤维制成，所述防粘层2由聚乙烯网膜或防粘无纺织物制成。
请一并参阅图3和图4所示，当使用本实用新型医用吸收垫9时，所述防粘层2直接与上口接触，所述吸收层1与所述防粘层2相连，通过防粘层2上的网孔迅速吸收液体4。所述吸收层1及防粘层2均有压痕导流槽3，吸收层1具有从上层释放所收血液或者液体的功能，并能够沿压痕导流槽3向吸收层1的长、宽和厚度散布液体4的功能，加快液体4的传送。本实用新型中的圆角正方形的压痕导流槽3具有更大的表面体积比，被吸收的液体4到达网面后，先由凹陷的压痕导流槽3疏散到吸收层2平面的各个方向(参见图4中箭头的方向)，然后比较均匀的将液体4分散到吸收层2里。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于，所述圆角正方形圆角半径R＝0，所述医用吸收垫9’上形成的是正方形压痕导流槽3’，请参阅图5所示。
请一并参阅图6～图7，该二图示出了液体被吸收垫9’吸收的示意图。其工作原理与实施例1相同，在此不再详述。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于，所述圆角正方形圆角半径R＝a，所述医用吸收垫9”上形成的是半径为a的圆形压痕导流槽3”，请参阅图8所示。
请一并参阅图9～图10，该二图示出了液体被吸收垫9”吸收的示意图。其工作原理与实施例1相同，在此不再详述。
