Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种臭氧-光波催化氧化反应器,包括催化氧化反应罐、紫外线发生器、固体催化剂填料、球形膜片式微孔曝气器、挡板、破沫网、臭氧发生器;催化氧化反应罐的上方中间位置装有破沫网,催化氧化反应罐上部左右两边分别装有进、出水口,紫外线发生器插设于催化氧化反应罐上方中央位置,紫外线发生器两端下方和催化氧化反应罐底部中间都装有挡板,球形膜片式微孔曝气器安装于催化氧化反应罐的底部,球形膜片式微孔曝气器上方和紫外线发生器下方铺设固体催化剂填料,微孔曝气器与臭氧发生器相连,臭氧发生器为催化氧化反应罐提供臭氧。该反应器将臭氧催化氧化技术与光波催化氧化技术相结合,在污水处理方面具有较高的应用价值。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于工业污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种臭氧-光波催化氧化反应器。
背景技术
[0002] 随着现代社会的进步,工业的发展,工业污水的治理工艺已有很多成熟工艺。常规的污水处理工艺有化学混凝沉淀法、气浮和生化处理工艺,但废水中各种成分的污染物都有,有机物浓度高,盐类含量高,有的成分对微生物具有毒害作用,使得生化处理的效果不理想。有些有机物可溶于水中,用物理方法如沉淀、气浮等工艺处理效果也不佳。
[0003] 目前催化氧化反应器在污水处理中也作出了很大的贡献。催化氧化工艺可将高浓度有机废水降解,改善废水的可生化性。其不仅可用于废水治理工艺的前段,改善废水可生化性,也可以用于废水治理工艺的后面,用于去除COD。
[0004] 目前已采用的催化氧化工艺有臭氧催化氧化工艺、光催化氧化工艺、电催化氧化工艺等。

[0005] 本实用新型的目的是公开一种臭氧-光波催化氧化反应器,将臭氧催化氧化和光波催化氧化技术相结合,更加强化催化氧化反应器对污水的处理效果。
[0006] 该臭氧-光波催化氧化反应器包括催化氧化反应罐、紫外线发生器、固体催化剂填料、球形膜片式微孔曝气器、挡板、破沫网、臭氧发生器;其中催化氧化反应罐上方左右两边装有进水口、出水口,催化氧化反应罐上方中间位置装有破沫网,破沫网顶部装有排气管用于排出气体,紫外线发生器包括石英管和紫外灯,紫外灯设置于石英管内,紫外线发生器插设于催化氧化反应罐上方中央位置,紫外线发生器两端下方和催化氧化反应罐底部中间都装有挡板,球形膜片式微孔曝气器安装于催化氧化反应罐的底部,球形膜片式微孔曝气器上方和紫外线发生器下方铺设固体催化剂填料,微孔曝气器与催化氧化反应罐外部的臭氧发生器相连,臭氧发生器将空气转化为臭氧,通过催化氧化反应罐中的球形膜片式微孔曝气器为催化氧化反应罐提供臭氧。
[0007] 所述挡板分别装在紫外线发生器两端的下方和催化氧化反应罐底部的中间,在实际使用过程中,起到折流的作用,使污水与催化剂的接触时间延长。

[0009] 本实用新型的臭氧-光波催化氧化反应器,臭氧与紫外线间存在协同作用,紫外线的照射会加速臭氧的分解,不仅可诱发.0Η的产生还能从反应物和一系列中间产物中产生活化态物质和自由基,加速链反应,而这些激态物质和自由基在单一的臭氧氧化过程是不会产生的,从而大大地提高臭氧的氧化能力。
[0010] 本实用新型在催化氧化反应罐内加装紫外线发生器和固体催化剂,进入的臭氧气体通过膜片式微孔曝气器使气泡均匀扩散,再通过固体催化剂的截留在池内均匀分布,与催化剂的接触面积更大,强化了传质,并在紫外线的协同作用下,臭氧分子分解更快,可高效率的产生氢氧自由基(.0Η)和激态物质,氢氧自由基(.0Η)和激态物质由于其极强的氧化性可有效降解炼厂废碱渣中的有机污染物,催化氧化的效率更高且对污染物没有选择性,可明显增强对COD、硫化物、酚类、石油类等有机物的去除能力,增强臭氧氧化对有机物的破坏力和无机化程度。降低废碱水对污水处理后续生化段的冲击,使之符合污水处理进水水质标准。

1.一种臭氧-光波催化氧化反应器,其特征在于包括催化氧化反应罐、紫外线发生器、固体催化剂填料、球形膜片式微孔曝气器、挡板、破沫网、臭氧发生器;其中催化氧化反应罐上方左右两边上方装有进水口、出水口,催化氧化反应罐上方中间位置装有破沫网,破沫网顶部装有排气管用于排出气体,紫外线发生器包括石英管和紫外灯,紫外灯设置于石英管内,紫外线发生器插设于催化氧化反应罐上方中央位置,紫外线发生器两端下方和催化氧化反应罐底部中间都装有挡板,球形膜片式微孔曝气器安装于催化氧化反应罐的底部,球形膜片式微孔曝气器上方和紫外线发生器下方铺设固体催化剂填料,微孔曝气器与臭氧发生器相连,臭氧发生器将空气转化为臭氧,通过催化氧化反应罐中的球形膜片式微孔曝气器为催化氧化反应罐提供臭氧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种臭氧-光波催化氧化反应器,其特征在于所述挡板分别装在紫外线发生器两端的下方和催化氧化反应罐底部的中间,在实际使用过程中,起到折流的作用,使污水与催化剂的接触时间延长。
