Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种环锤式破碎机的防卡死装置，在环锤式破碎机内部转子的上面设置与摆锤运动切线方向平行的一排间开的固定棚架梁，棚架梁之间的间隙足够摆锤穿过，而且摆锤转动的最高点落在棚架梁的上方。本设计可使得大块石料等进入腔室首先滚落在棚架梁上，旋转的摆锤前端会透过棚架梁空隙敲打块料，当敲打大块料成小块后会落入腔室的下部继续受到敲打，这样不会大块直接掉入腔室中下部将摆锤系统卡死。

背景技术
现环锤式破碎机，工作时石料进入进料口，直接接触转子进行破碎，有大石料时不易破碎，容易将转子卡死。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是通过在环锤式破碎机内部增加防卡死机构，使得大块物料经过一次破碎后，再进入内腔再次破碎，防止大石料卡机现象。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：在环锤式破碎机内部转子的上面设置与摆锤运动切线方向平行的一排间开的固定棚架梁，棚架梁之间的间隙足够摆锤穿过，而且摆锤转动的最高点落在棚架梁的上方。
采用本设计的锤式破碎机的防卡死装置结构简单，大块石料等进入腔室首先滚落在棚架棚架梁上，旋转的摆锤前端会透过棚架棚空隙敲打块料，当敲打大块料成小块后会落入腔室的下部继续受到敲打，这样不会造成大块料直接掉入腔室中下部将摆锤系统卡死。

环锤式破碎机包括轴承座下壳体、轴承座上壳体、转子3 、飞轮4、轴承座5、摆锤连接轴6、摆锤间隔盘、摆锤8、篦子9、壳体10、11.皮带轮，在环锤式破碎机内部转子的上面设置与摆锤8运动切线方向平行的一排间开的固定棚架梁12，棚架梁12之间的间隙足够摆锤8穿过，而且摆锤转动的最高点落在棚架梁的上方。
