背景技术：
现有的压裂液罐(含套装水罐、普通压裂液罐)仅能储存或排出压裂液，功能单一，容量小，不保温，工人劳动强度大，不能实现远程集中控制，无法满足大型和超大型压裂施工要求。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种双层自动循环温控保温压裂罐，该装置实现了能保温，功能全，容量大，加药和配液效果好，吸入状况好，工人劳动强度低，能够实现远程集中控制，保护环境，能够满足大型和超大型压裂施工要求。克服了现有压裂液罐功能单一，容量小，不保温，工人劳动强度大，不能实现远程集中控制的不足。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种双层自动循环温控保温压裂罐，包括双层保温罐体；双层保温罐体包括内罐和外罐，内外罐体之间为整体方管框架，并在方管框架空隙中添加岩棉材料，双层保温罐体顶部设有卧式搅拌器和加药混合器，卧式搅拌器的桨叶安装在内罐内部，双层保温罐体左侧面设有清污用人孔和外挂扶梯，双层保温罐体左侧面连接有外接管汇，内罐内部铺设有加热装置，加热装置一端伸出双层保温罐体，双层保温罐体右侧面设有卧式防爆供液砂泵，卧式防爆供液砂泵进口能够与内罐内部或外接管连接，卧式防爆供液砂泵出口能够与加药混合器进口或排液管线相连接，双层保温罐体右侧设有清洗装置和远程控制传感器，清洗装置伸入到内罐内部，远程控制传感器分别与数字显示液位表和仪表车相连接。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，一种双层自动循环温控保温压裂罐，包括双层保温罐体1；双层保温罐体1包括内罐和外罐，内罐为整体卷制，罐底倾斜，通体光滑无折角，全部为圆角过渡，外罐为压楞钢板焊接，内外罐体之间为整体方管框架，并在方管框架空隙中添加岩棉材料保温，双层保温罐体1顶部设有卧式搅拌器2和加药混合器3，卧式搅拌器2的桨叶安装在内罐内部，双层保温罐体1左侧面设有清污用人孔4和外挂扶梯5，双层保温罐体1左侧面连接有外接管汇6，内罐内部铺设有加热装置7，加热装置7一端伸出双层保温罐体1，加热装置7能够防止液体结冰；双层保温罐体1右侧面设有卧式防爆供液砂泵8，卧式防爆供液砂泵8进口能够与内罐内部或外接管连接，卧式防爆供液砂泵8出口能够与加药混合器3进口或排液管线相连接，卧式防爆供液砂泵8用于提升和排出液体至罐体中；双层保温罐体1右侧设有清洗装置9和远程控制传感器10，清洗装置9伸入到内罐内部，远程控制传感器10分别与数字显示液位表和仪表车相连接。罐体液面、流量、温度、压力、粘度均采用传感器控制和数字显示，并通过远程控制传感器10输出端口连接至仪表车，可进行远程集中监控。本实用新型可单独使用，也可多罐组合使用，当本实用新型进行自循环时，卧式防爆供液砂泵8进口与内罐内部连接，卧式防爆供液砂泵8出口与加药混合器3进口或排液管线相连接；当本实用新型与多个罐组合使用时，卧式防爆供液砂泵8进口与外接管连接，卧式防爆供液砂泵8出口与加药混合器3进口或排液管线相连接。
