Abstract

可发讯矿用头灯属煤矿携带式照明灯具。
本装置系将一甚高频无线电发讯器加装在现有矿用头灯中，使头灯除作照明用外还可兼作无线发讯机用，借助对电源进行改造的现市售AM/FM两用收音机，可对井下有关人员进行寻迹救护，危险警戒，违章报警等，发讯器结构简单，易于安装，且造价低廉，用途广泛，容易推广使用。

Description

可发讯矿用头灯属于煤矿携带式照明灯具，现有矿用头灯仅作为井下工作人员随身携带的照明灯具。本发明的新型矿用头灯是将一无线发讯器安装在现有头灯中，使其兼有发讯之功能。由于发讯器的发射频率为100兆赫，所以，只要把现市售调幅（AM）调频（FM）两用收音机中的电源作一改动（变为矿用本安型）即可在井下接收其发出的无线电信号，利用这一信号可进行现场救护，寻迹，危险警戒，违章报警等。因此，本发明的新型矿用头灯是一种可在煤矿广泛应用的保安用具。而且，由于发讯器极为简单，造价低廉，所以极易推广普及。
本发明若按附图1所示电路可完成发讯之功能。
图中电源取之头灯的蓄电池，额定电压为4伏，发光二极管（LED）用于稳压及电源指示，其稳压值为2伏。T1，T2等组成约1000赫多谐振荡器，它对T3等组成的100兆赫振荡器进行变频调制。T4等组成功放级，可将调频讯号通过放大后经由天线（盘绕在头灯内）发射至空间。
发讯器的电路板做成弧形安装在头灯内，其安装方法见附图2所示。图中1为头灯外壳，2为头灯灯泡，3为聚光器，4为发讯器板。

  1. 本实用新型可发讯矿用头灯是由灯具及无线电发讯器所组成。其主要特征是将一无线电发讯器加装在矿用头灯灯具中，使其成为一体化结构。
