1.防火保温浆体搅拌罐,其特征在于,包括罐体(1),罐体(I)从中部分为左右两个腔室,两个腔室内均装有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括驱动电机(4)和搅拌杆(5),所述搅拌杆(5)分为上下两段,上段(6)与下段(7)之间通过销轴铰接,所述搅拌杆(5)位于罐体(I)内的部分设有多个搅拌叶片(8),所述搅拌杆(5)上的搅拌叶片(8)等距分层设置,搅拌杆(5)的下段(7)通过导向轴承(10)与罐体⑴的底板相连,搅拌杆(5)的上段(6)穿过罐体(I)的顶板向外延伸,所述搅拌杆(5)的上段(6)与罐体(I)的顶板之间安装有导向轴承(10),所述导向轴承(10)包括外壳(11),外圈(12)和内圈(13),所述外壳(11)内通过卡簧(14)安装有外圈(12),所述外圈(12)内安装有内圈(13),所述外圈(12)的内表面为内凹球面结构,所述内圈(13)外表面为与外圈(12)的内凹球面结构相嵌合的外凸球面结构; 所述搅拌杆(5)的上段(6)与驱动电机(4)的输出轴相连,所述搅拌杆(5)在驱动电机(4)的带动下转动,两个搅拌杆(5)的转动方向相反; 所述罐体(I)的内壁上设置有多个导向板(9),两个腔室内的导向板(9)均倾斜设置,位于左腔室(2)内的导向板(9)围绕左腔室(2)内的搅拌杆(5)的中心轴呈环形布置,左腔室⑵内的导向板(9)顺着左腔室⑵内的搅拌杆(5)的旋转方向设置,位于右腔室(3)内的导向板(9)围绕右腔室(3)内的搅拌杆(5)的中心轴呈环形布置,右腔室(3)内的导向板(9)顺着右腔室(3)内的搅拌杆(5)的旋转方向设置。
