塑料薄膜的成型方式有挤出吹塑成型法、压延成型法和流延成型法。这三种成型法应用都比较多，成型设备也比较简单。其中挤出吹塑成型法，从加工原料来讲，吹塑法可以加工多种原料，薄膜的尺寸取决于塑料挤出机及口模的大小和吹膜时的空气压力，通过“吹胀比”即吹胀薄膜的直径和口膜直径的比值来衡量薄膜从口膜出来后尺寸的变化，同时还涉及薄膜的透明度和均匀性，现有技术中的设备虽然结构简单，但其生产时工序比较复杂，同时无法达到生产要求，降低了企业经济效益。

本实用新型旨在解决上述缺陷，提供一种风环冷却吹塑薄膜装置。

图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，图中包括薄膜1、单风口2、调节环3、挡板4、机头5和风环6，机头5两边各设有一个相互对应的风环6，所述风环6上设有缺口，在缺口处设有可移动调节的调节环3和单风口2。
底料由机头5进入，通过冷却风对其进行挤出生产，风环6绕在膜泡底部，这样就可以从外部对膜泡进行冷却，冷却空气均匀分布，将膜管固化或骤冷，从机头5的挤出产量和吹胀比一定时，薄膜厚度是由夹棍的速度控制的。风环6上的调节环3可以进行调节，当挤出量少时可以调节调节环3使风量调小，降低吹胀度，当挤出量多时可以调节调节环3使风量调大，提高吹胀度。
