对绞机是一种用于生产电线、电缆等由多股细线相互缠绕形成一根线缆的装置，目前，绞弓内侧圆周上的穿线孔4是圆形的，设置于绞弓内侧的凹槽内，如图3所示，由于穿线孔有一定厚度，在电线或电缆绞合过程中，穿线孔4与凹槽切合的地方电线或电缆不能很好的与绞弓贴合，经常出现刮线现象，影响了加工的电线或电缆产品的质量，也降低了工作效率。

一种对绞机，包括主机系统和设置在主机系统上的两个绞弓，所述绞弓为圆弧形，对称设置于主机系统两侧，绞弓内侧圆周上设有凹槽，所述绞弓内侧圆周上均布有穿线孔，穿线孔位于凹槽上方，穿线孔截面为圆弧形。

一种对绞机，如图1和图2所示，包括包括主机系统1和设置在主机系统1上的两个绞弓2，绞弓2为圆弧形，对称设置于主机系统两侧，绞弓2内侧圆周上设有凹槽3，所述绞弓2内侧圆周上均匀分布有穿线孔4，穿线孔4截面为半圆形，穿线孔4开口端两侧设有固定边5，固定边5通过螺钉6固定在凹槽3两侧，穿线孔4侧壁和固定边5上覆盖有陶瓷层。
电缆绞合过程中，只用其中一个绞弓2，另一个绞弓2备用，同时备用的绞弓能起到平衡作用，电缆通过穿线孔4，与绞弓2更加贴合，防止了绞合过程中出现刮线的现象。
