本实用新型属电缆线绕线设备技术领域,涉及一种电缆线双通道并线模。
技术背景
现有技术中,电缆线由多根导线旋转缠绕在一起后制成,多根导线安装在缠绕机上,由缠绕机放出,在并线模处合并在一起,当缠绕机旋转时,导线就在并线模处缠绕合并成电缆线。并线模呈长方体形状,在其正面开有喇叭口形状的半圆形沟槽,两块并线模合在一起形成电缆线的喇叭口形圆形并线通道,由于导线在并线模的喇叭口内被强行并拢,并且导线快速从通道内穿过,导致通道内壁磨损较快,当通道的圆周直径过大时,并线模合并的导线结构疏松,导线达不到质量要求,此时并线模就宣告报废。在一条电缆线生产线上,每年报废的并线模数量巨大,给企业带来的经济损失不小。
