本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种具有导电功能的导电轴承。本实用新型的技术方案为:一种导电轴承,包括有轴承外圈、轴承内圈以及滚动体,所述的滚动体置于轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间形成的滚道内,所述的轴承外圈一端径向向内延伸有导电片,所述导电片的径向内端越过所述轴承内圈的外圆周面。本实用新型的轴承在轴承外圈上直接形成导电片,导电片实现轴承外圈与相应芯轴的电连接,实现轴承导电功能,具有电连接可靠,结构简单和装配方便的优点。

本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种具有导电功能的导电轴承。
背景技术
轴承(Bearing)是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。轴承以承受载荷、扭矩及传递转速的功能为主,部分使用机构要求轴承具有导电功能,比如汽车转向器轴承要求轴承良好的导电功能,从而通过方向盘控制喇叭。
目前,常规结构的轴承在有导电要求的场合使用时,导电性能不能达到要求,导致电流断断续续,设备无法正常工作。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具备良好导电性能,工作可靠,结构简单的导电轴承。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:一种导电轴承,包括有轴承外圈、轴承内圈以及滚动体,所述的滚动体置于轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间形成的滚道内,其特征在于:所述的轴承外圈一端径向向内延伸有导电片,所述导电片的径向内端越过所述轴承内圈的外圆周面。
通过采用上述技术方案,轴承外圈径向延伸形成导电片,导电片径向内端越过所述轴承内圈的外圆周面,在装配使用时,轴承外圈装入相应的壳体内形成可导电接触,轴承外圈上导电片与装在轴承内圈上的芯轴接触导电,从而实现轴承可靠的导电功能,且该导电轴承的结构简单,制造和装配方便。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述的导电片与轴承内圈轴向端面间隔配合,在导电片与轴承内圈的轴向端面之间具有间距。
采用上述进一步结构设计下,避免轴承内圈与轴承外圈干涉,保证轴承运作稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
 参见附图1,本实用新型公开的一种导电轴承,包括有轴承外圈1、轴承内圈2以及滚动体3,所述的滚动体3置于轴承内圈2和轴承外圈1之间形成的滚道内;所述的轴承外圈1一端径向向内延伸有导电片11,所述导电片11的径向内端越过所述轴承内圈2的外圆周面。本实用新型导电轴承使用方法为:轴承外圈的外径与使用部位壳体配合,轴承内圈装在相应的芯轴上,装配完成后,轴承外圈上的导电片与芯轴接触电连接,从而通过轴承将使用部位的壳体和芯轴电连接,实现轴承的导电功能,电连接可靠;具有结构简单,制造、装配和使用方便。
本具体实施例中,所述的导电片11与轴承内圈2轴向端面间隔配合,在导电片11与轴承内圈2的轴向端面之间具有间距4。这样保证导电片不会对轴承外圈和轴承内圈的相对转动造成干涉,保证轴承运转稳定可靠。

1.一种导电轴承,包括有轴承外圈、轴承内圈以及滚动体,所述的滚动体置于轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间形成的滚道内,其特征在于:所述的轴承外圈一端径向向内延伸有导电片,所述导电片的径向内端越过所述轴承内圈的外圆周面。
2.根据权利要求1所述导电轴承,其特征在于:所述的导电片与轴承内圈轴向端面间隔配合,在导电片与轴承内圈的轴向端面之间具有间距。
