本实用新型涉及电机领域,尤其是一种悬浮式电机压线夹。
背景技术
由于悬浮式电机的机座上多数均无散热片,电机电源线均为加长线引出,采用尼龙板制作而成的压线夹将其固定在机座外圆上,而电机电源线面积的大小,系根据电机电流计算而得出,大小不一,其设计缺陷为:由于现有悬浮式电机的压线上块和压线下块均无凹槽,虽然当压线上块和压线下块通过螺栓紧固后,仍可以将电机三相电源线压紧,但是,无法将电机三相电源线的相隔距离放置均匀,极不整齐美观,特别是当操作人员压线操作时,稍微不小心,电源线就有可能与固定螺栓干涉,若电源线老化或裸铜后,容易造成人生安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,提高可靠性和安全性的悬浮式电机压线夹。
本实用新型的采用技术方案,包括内压线板、外压线板、紧固螺栓,所述两根紧固螺栓分别穿过外压线板和内压线板的通孔,其内压线板和外压线板之间对应端面均有间隔距离的3个半圆弧形槽。
本实用新型具有结构简单,方便操作者进行均匀固定电机三相电源线,保证三相电源线不与紧固螺栓干涉,安全可靠,整齐美观。
